«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանն օրերս գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակեց Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ Պատրոն Դավոյին, սակայն դեռ կալանքի տակ է մնում այս գործով մեկ այլ մեղադրյալ՝ Գալստյանի ընկերության տնօրեն և նրա զարմիկ Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը։ Բաղդասարյանի փաստաբանները միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել դատախազությանը՝ պահանջելով նրան ևս ազատ արձակել։

«Մեր խորին համոզմամբ, Դավիթ Գալստյանի կալանքը վերաքննիչ դատարանում վերացնելուց մինչ օրս Ա. Բաղդասարյանն ԱԱԾ-ում գտնվում է պատանդի կարգավիճակում»,- «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում արձանագրել են փաստաբաններ Արմեն Հարությունյանը և Արմեն Անդրիկյանը:

Նրանք տարակուսանք են հայտնում, որ գործով գլխավոր մեղադրյալին գրավի դիմաց ազատ են արձակում, իսկ ընդամենը ընկերության տնօրեն աշխատող Բաղդասարյանին շարունակում են կալանքի տակ պահել։ «Պարոն Գալստյանը մեզ համար ուղենիշ էր դրել, որ մենք իրավական առումով պետք է պայքարենք և այս գործընթացին քաղաքական որևէ կոմպոնենտ չպետք է տանք: Քաղաքական որևէ գնահատական չտալով հանդերձ՝ մինչ այս պահը մեզ համար պարզ է դարձել, որ գործ չունենք կլասիկ իրավաբանության հետ: Իրավական պրոցեսներ չեն գնում: Այդ դեպքում նախաքննական մարմնի գլխավոր նպատակը պետք է լիներ հնարավոր վնասի վերականգնումը»,- նշում է փաստաբան Անդրիկյանը:

Նրանք կարծում են, որ, Արմեն Բաղդասարյանին գերի պահելով՝ իրավապահները փորձում են ինչ-ինչ հարցեր լուծել։ «Ընդ որում, այստեղ ոչ թե անձի խնդիրն է, այլ ունենք ազգային անվտանգության խնդիր: Մեզ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ այս գործողությունների արդյունքում խափանվում է սպառազինության պատշաճ մատակարարումը»,-ասում է մյուս փաստաբանը։

Այս գնահատականը էական նշանակություն ունի՝ հաշվի առնելով պատերազմի ժամանակ մատակարար ընկերության գործունեությունը, նաև Դավիթ Գալստյանի կողմից անձնական միջոցներով երկու ինքնաթիռի ձեռքբերումը, 180-ից ավելի թռիչքներ կազմակերպելն ու 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով Հայաստան զենքի մատակարարումը։ Ի դեպ, հիշեցնենք, որ նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն էր անդրադարձել Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ նշելով, որ նա Ռուսաստանում զենք ու զինամթերք է գնել և տեղափոխել Հայաստան: Սա Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից որակվել էր որպես հանցագործություն, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ «կոնտրաբանդա»: Թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարի նման արձագանքը, երևի թե, ինքնին բնական է: Բնական չէ, սակայն, որ նույն գծի մեջ են Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, որոնք մեղադրանքի անհեթեթության պայմաններում շարունակում էին կալանքի տակ պահել մի գործարարի, ով այսօր էլ կարող է մեծ օգուտ բերել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակության բարձրացմանը։
