BLOGԱլվինա Աղաբաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում լուսանկարներ է հրապարակել ու գրել․ «Հայաստանը՝ ի դեմս իշխանությունը զավթած կապիտուլյանտի, Ադրբեջանին է հանձնում մի շարք տարածքներ Տավուշի (Հին/Վերին Ոսկեպար, Բարխուդարլու և Սոֆուլու) և Արարատի (Տիգրանաշեն) մարզերից, որոնք 1920-1930թթ․ արհեստական հիմնավորումներով պարզապես պոկվել էին Խորհրդային Հայաստանից և կցվել Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանին, իսկ Արցախյան ազատամարտի ժամանակ վերամիավորվել էին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։
ՀՀ նշված հատվածների օտարումը թշնամուն բերելու է նրան, որ․
Ոսկեպար, Կիրանց, Ազատամուտ և Կայան գյուղերը Սյունիքի Շուռնուխ գյուղի նման կիսվելու են, Այգեհովիտ և Դիտավան գյուղերը հայտնվելու են թշնամուց ընդամենը 300-500 մետր հեռավորության վրա, մեր այդ վեց գյուղերը զրկվելու են իրենց արոտավայրերից ու դաշտերից, ինչն իր հերթին աստիճանաբար բերելու է այդ գյուղերի հայաթափմանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Ոսկեպար գյուղը, «աշխարհագրական նպատակահարմարության» անվան տակ՝ ապահովելու համար ցամաքային կապը Ադրբեջանի և Վերին Ոսկեպարի միջև, ամբողջությամբ տրվելու է Ադրբեջանին,
Փաստացի Կիրանց և Աճարկուտ գյուղերը հայտնվելու են շրջափակման մեջ, քանի որ դեպի այդ գյուղեր ճանապարհ մենք չենք ունենալու,
Հայաստանը Վրաստանին և Ռուսաստանին կապող Իջևան-Նոյեմբերյան միջպետական նշանակության ճանապարհի զգալի հատվածներն անցնելու են ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ, ճիշտ ինչպես Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի Գորիս-Որոտան-Շուռնուխ-Դավիթ Բեկ ճանապարհի հիմնական մասը, և մենք այդտեղ ունենալու ենք այն նույն խնդիրները, ինչ հիմա ունենք Սյունիքում։ Սա բերելու է մեր լիակատար շրջափակմանը,
