Ապիկարների իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է ընտրությունների՝ անտերության մատնելով Սյունիքը

Արդեն 13-րդ օրն է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ստորաբաժանումները Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերում երեք ուղղություններով առաջ են եկել, հաստատվել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքում և չեն էլ պատրաստվում հեռանալ: Եվ այս պայմաններում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ու վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ինքնամոռաց պատրաստվում են խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների։
Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը, խորհրդարան գալով, մունաթի և ծաղրի լեզվով է խոսում ընդդիմախոսների հետ, բացարձակապես որևէ ելք չի առաջարկում ստեղծված ճգնաժամը հանգուցալուծելու համար, իսկ Սյունիքում, պարզվում է, իրավիճակը վատթարանում է օրեցօր, սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներն էլ անընդհատ արձանագրում են, որ անտերության են մատնված։
Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանության ղեկին պատահաբար հայտնվածներն ընդհանրապես չեն տիրապետում իրավիճակին, որևէ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու ընդունակ չեն։ Փոխարենը պարբերաբար ստում են Հայաստան ներխուժած ադրբեջանցիների թվի վերաբերյալ։ Մինչև Փաշինյանը խոսում է 250, ապա 600 զինված ադրբեջանցիների մասին, Սյունիքի համայնքապետերը, «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամներն են ստիպված արձանագրում խայտառակ իրավիճակը։ Կուսակցության անդամ, Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանն էլ «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում հերքել է ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության հերքումը, թե Սյունիքում հազար ադրբեջանցի զինվորական չկա։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ, «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանն էր տեղեկացրել հազար ադրբեջանցիների առկայության մասին։
Ընդ որում, ՊՆ-ն խորամանկել է՝ ասելով, որ Սև լճի շրջակայքում այդքան ադրբեջանցիներ չկան։ Գորիսի քաղաքապետի խոսքով, ամբողջ մարզում հազարից ավելի կլինեն, տարբեր վայրերում տարբեր քանակի են։ Վերջին շրջանում վատ «ավանդույթ» է դարձել, որ իշխանությունը նախ հերքում, ապա հաստատում է «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանի հայտարարությունները։ Թերևս, այս անգամ ևս ականատեսը լինենք նման զարգացման։ Իսկ մինչ այդ գործող իշխանության ապիկարության պատճառով կտոր-կտոր փոքրանում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքը։
