Ինչպես երևում է, ՏԻՄ-երում էլ իշխանության գործերը, մեղմ ասած, լավ չեն: Մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկություններով, մայիսի 25-ին մայրաքաղաքի Շենգավիթի թաղապետարանում տեղի է ունեցել հավաք, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են առաջիկա ընտրությունների հետ կապված հարցեր։ Իրականում, թաղապետարանի ղեկավարները մարդկանց հավաքել են և առաջարկել լինել հանձնաժողովի անդամ կամ դիտորդ, անգամ առաջարկել են հանձնաժողովի նախագահ լինել առաջիկա ընտրություններին, խոստացել են, որ այդ ամենի դիմաց նաև առանձին աշխատավարձ է լինելու։ Գրեթե բոլոր աշխատակիցները գրանցվել են, փողի դիմաց կատարել լրացուցիչ աշխատանք։ Ամեն բան փոխվել է, երբ այդ նույն մարդիկ, որոնք արդեն գրանցված են եղել, իմացել են, որ պետք է ՔՊ-ի համար աշխատեն։ Մեծամասնությունը անմիջապես հրաժարվել է. ասել են՝ չենք ուզում դրանց համար աշխատել։ Երբ կրքերն էլ ավելի են բորբոքվել, ասել են՝ դե, եթե այդպես է, դիմումներ գրեք, գործից դուրս եկեք, եթե չեք աշխատելու ՔՊ-ի համար:
