Ռուսաստանցի սակրավորները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում վնասազարծել են 90-ական թվականների ականադաշտեր

Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի Միջազգային հակաականային կենտրոնի (ՄՀԿ) մասնագետները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հակամարտության գոտու ականազերծման ընթացքում հայտնաբերել եւ ոչնչացրել են ավելի քան 25 հազար պայթյունավտանգ առարկա, ականազերծման առանաձնահատկությունն է ականադաշտերի առկայությունը, որոնք մնացել են 90-ական թվականների հակամարտության ժամանակներից, հայտնել է ՄՀԿ-ի պետի տեղակալ գնդապետ Սերգեյ Ստեշենկոն։

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ականազերծման առանձնահատկությունն ականադաշտերի առկայությունն է, որոնց մի մասը չի ականազերծվել տակավին անցյալ դարի 90-ական թվականներից, ինչպես նաեւ ականադաշտերի տեղեկամատյանների եւ քարտեզների բացակայությունը: Դրա հետեւանքով ռուսաստանցի սակրավորներն ստիպված էին մշտապես կատարելու տեղանքի ինժեներական հետախուզում»,- ասել է Ստեշենկոն՝ ելույթ ունենալով Հումանիտար ականազերծման եւ ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկ սարքերի հակազդման 4-րդ միջազգային խորհրդաժողովում: Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ղարաբաղի տարածքում ականադաշտերն առանձնահատուկ վտանգ են ներկայացնում:

«Ականապատման քայլը հակահետեւակային ականադաշտեր տեղակայելիս քաոսային է, որոշ ռազմամթերքներ տեղանքում տեղակայված են միայնակ կամ զույգով այն վայրերում, որոնք նույնսիկ ակտիվ մարտական գործություններ չեն ենթադրում»,- պարզաբանել է Ստեշենկոն:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՄՀԿ-ի մասնագետներն ականազերծել են ավելի քան 2 100 հեկտար տարածք, մաքրել են 657 կիլոմետր ճանապարհներ, ստուգել 1 844 շենք եւ շինություն, հայտնաբերել եւ ոչնչացրել ավելի քան 25 հազար պայթյունավտանգ առարկա: Կենտրոնի պետի տեղակալը նշել է, որ ռուսաստանցի մասնագետները կատարում են լրիվ ցիկլի ականազերծում՝ պայթյունավտանգ առարկաների որոնումից մինչեւ ոչնչացում:

Այժմ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տարածքի ականազերծման աշխատանքները շարունակվում են: Հումանիտար ականազերծման եւ ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկ սարքերի հակազդման 4-րդ միջազգային խորհրդաժողովը բացվել է մայիսի 26-ին Մոսկվայի մարզի «Պատրիոտ» կոնգրեսա-ցուցահանդեսային կենտրոնի բազայում, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
