Որքան ընտրությունների շունչն առավել առարկայական է դառնում, այնքան իշխանություններն իրենց գործունեությունը փորձում են վարդագույն ներկայացնել: Նախկինում էլ այդպես է եղել, սակայն հիմա գնալով «կենացները քաղցրանում են»: Ընդհուպ, իշխանավորներն արդեն պատկերացնում են, որ ներդրումները հոսում են Հայաստան, տնտեսական մեծ աճեր են գրանցվում և այլն: Իրականում, տնտեսագետների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը վստահ է, որ այս ամենը պարզ մանիպուլ յացիա և կեղծիք է: Մասնավորաբար, «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նկատում է, որ իշխանությունները շարունակում են կեղծել ու ստել: «Մինչ այս արդեն հնարավորություն ունեցել ենք ծանոթանալու նրանց ուղեղի հնարավորություններին:

Ամեն դեպքում, չեմ կարծում, որ նման հայտարարություններով իրենք ծաղրում են հասարակությանը, որովհետև այս կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներին կարելի է զուտ անմեղսունակ բնութագրել: Այդ թիմի անդամ լինելու պարտադիր պահանը տգետ և սուտասան լինելն է»,-ասում է Սարգսյանը և հավելու, որ իշխանությունները, մեծ հաշվով, անընդհատ ստում են: «Այդ սուտը հիմա նաև նախընտրական քարոզչության բաղադրիչ է պարունակում: Ցույց են տալիս, թե իբրև ամեն ինչ լավ է, հետայսու լավ է լինելու, որպեսզի մի քիչ ձայներ կորզեն»,- ամփոփում է «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահը:
