INTERVIEWՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանն անդրադարձել է սահմանային լարվածությանը․ «Եկեք հասկանանք ի՞նչ է կատարվում Հայաստանի սահմաններին։ Ինչ՞ու է Ալիևը շտապում, հարձակվում։ Ի՞նչ է ուզում։ Եվ ամենակարևորը, ի՞նչու Հայաստանը չի պատասխանում։ Ավելին, ի՞նչու ենք գերի ընկած 18 ազերիներին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրամանով շտապ վերադարձրել "հարևան" հանրապետությանը։ Հայաստանի սահմաններին օրեցօր կրկնվող իրադարձությունները կարծես թե հստակ նպատակ ունեն. հիշեցնել ՀՀ կառավարությանը տված խոստումները պարտադիր կատարելու հանգամանքը։
Խոստումները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դեռևս թղթի տեսք չեն ստացել և չեն ստորագրվել ՆՓ-ի կողմից (բացառությամբ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության և դեկտեմբերյան արձանագրության)։ Ալիևն էլ հասկացել է, որ հունիսի 20-ից հետո ՆՓ-ն կարող է ընդհանրապես իշխանության չլինել։ Եվ ուրեմն պետք է ստիպի, որպեսզի ՆՓ-ն ստորագրի կամ փաստացի տարածքները տա, հետագայում այդ ամենը փաստաթղթով ամրագրելու պայմանով։ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան ուշի ուշով հետևում են ՀՀ ներքաղաքական կյանքին։ Հենց նրանք էին, որ փետրվարի վերջին ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-երին սպառնացին ներխուժումով, եթե վերջիններս համարձակվեին ՆՓ-ին հեռացնել իշխանությունից։ Նրանք հասկանում են, որ "անսպասելիորեն" ՆՓ-ի վարկանիշը գահավիժում է։
Նոր ուժերը բանավոր խոստումների մասին լսել անգամ չեն ուզելու։ Ուրեմն դեռ երեկվա բարեկամներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Իլհամ Ալիևը դարձել են (կարճ ժամանակով) հակառակորդներ. նախընտրական այս ծանր օրերին Ալիևը չի կարող իրեն թույլ տալ "խնայելու" նիկոլին։ Նիկոլին մնում է կամ շարունակել համոզել ժեխին, որն ինքը ամենանախընտրելի քաղաքական գործիչն է (դա դժվար է), կամ էլ օգտվել Ալիևի պատերազմական ծառայություններից ու պատրվակ գտնել հետաձգելու ընտրությունները։ Հիմա արդեն քաղաքական ուժերը պիտի հասկանան (որ դեռ մի 2 ամիս առաջ գտնում էին, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունները սխալ են), նահանջի տեղ չկա, ուշ է, պետք է ընտրությունները կայանան։ Պետք է նիկոլը չվերարտադրվի, որպեսզի Ալիևին նրա տված բանավոր խոստումները չկատարվեն։ Հաղթանակից հետո կմտածենք նաև քիքիրին գործից հանելու մասին»։
