BLOGԱդրբեջանի հետ սահմանային հատվածներով ՀՀ տարածքների հաշվին Գեղարքունիքում և Սյունիքում անվտանգության գոտին կամ անվտանգության միջոցառումները կհանգեցնեն ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների նոր խախտումների: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:
«Իսկ եթե դա վերաբերի նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ շփման ողջ գծին, ապա դա կառաջացնի նաև իրավունքների զանգվածային խատումներ ու անգամ նոր տեղահանվածներ, քանի որ սահմանի այսպես կոչված «ադրբեջանական» մասերն անցնում են նաև Հայաստանի համայնքներով կամ այդ համայնքների անմիջական հարևանությամբ, մարդկանց օրինական հիմքով պատկանող հողատարածքներով:
Չպետք է մոռանալ, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանագծումն ու սահմանազատումը ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում են բոլորիս, ՀՀ-ում ապրող յուրաքանչյուր մարդու, ողջ Հայ ժողովրդի կենսական իրավունքներին՝ կյանքի ու գոյության, ազգային ու անձնական արժանապատվության, հոգեկան անդորրի ու ֆիզիկական անվտանգության, երջանկության ձգտելու (pursuit of happiness) ու շատ այլ իրավունքների:
Սահմանագծումն ու սահմանազատումը կարող են տևել տասնյակ տարիներ:
ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները չեն կարող տասնյակ տարիներով մնալ խախտված, իսկ մարդկանց կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը՝ լրջորեն վտանգված:
Ուստի, մինչև այդ գործընթացների ավարտը պետք է ստեղծվի անվտանգության գոտի՝ այդ ընթացքում մարդկանց իրավունքների երաշխավորման նպատակով:
Ի վերջո, միջազգային պահանջ է, որ սահմանազածումն ու սահմանազատումը լեգիտիմ չեն, եթե խաթարում են սահմանային բնակչության բնականոն կյանքը, հաշվի չեն առնում մարդու իրավունքներն ու իրավունքի գերակայությունը»,- գրել է Թաթոյանը:
