ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այսօրվա ասուլիսի ժամանակ չծաղրեց Թուրքիային եւ Էրդողանին, այլ դիպուկ կերպով ներկայացրեց Թուրքիայի իրական պատկերն ու Էրդողանի վարած քաղաքականությունը:  ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Արեւելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը շեշտում է, որ ՌԴ նախագահը հստակ կերպով մեկնաբանեց Թուրքիայի քաղաքականությունը, ինչը ողջունելի է: Ճանաչելով Էրդողանի բնավորությունն ու  ուսումնասիրելով նրա գործունեությունը՝ թուրքագետը չի բացառում, որ Էրդողանն էլ հայտարարությամբ հանդես կգա, ինչն ավելի կսրի լարվածությունը երկու երկրների միջեւ:

«Պետք է հաշվի առնել հանգամանքը, որ թուրքական ինքնաթիռները Սիրիայի օդային տարածք չեն մտնում, եւ եթե Թուրքիան վերսկսի իր ինքնաթիռների թռիչքները, դա կարող է հանգեցնել նոր միջադեպերի, ինչը կբեր հարաբերությունների ավելի վատթարացման: Բացի այդ, ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդում պետք է քննարկվեր «Իսլամական պետության» ֆինանսավորման խնդիրները, եւ հույս ունեմ, որ այնտեղ Թուրքիայի բոլոր խարդախություններն ու խախտումները՝ կապված ԻՊ-ից նավթ ստանալու եւ վերավաճառելու հետ, կբացահայտվեն: Եւ եթե այդ ամենը տեղի ունենա, կարծում եմ, դա Թուրքիային կսանձի»,- ասաց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:

Մոսկվայում կայացել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ամենամյա ասուլիսը: Անդրադառնալով ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններին եւ Սիրիայի տարածքում թուրքական զինված ուժերի կողմից ռուսական ինքնաթիռի կործանմանը, Պուտինն ասել է:   «Մեզ հատկապես վրդովեցրել է այն, որ եթե դա դժբախտ պատահար լիներ, ապա անմիջապես հեռախոսը կվերցնեին և կբացատրվեին: Դրա փոխարեն անմիջապես վազեցին Բրյուսել՝ մեզ վիրավորում են: Սկսեցին թաքնվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետևում, իսկ նրանց նույնպես դա պետք չէ»,- հայտարարել է Պուտինը: ՌԴ նախագահը չի բացառել, որ «թուրքական ղեկավարությունում մեկը ցանկացել է «լիզել ամերիկացիների համապատասխան տեղը»՝ կործանելով ռուսական Սու-24-ը։ «Եթե թուրքական ղեկավարությունում մեկը որոշել էամերիկացիների մի տեղը լիզել, չգիտեմ՝ հարկավո՞ր է դա արդյոք ամերիկացիներին»,- ասել է Պուտինը:
