Արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հայտ ներկայացրած քաղաքական ուժերը՝ կուսակցություններ, դաշինքներ, դեռ իրենց ցուցակներն ամբողջ կազմով չեն ներկայացրել։ ԿԸՀ-ն հրապարակել է միայն մասնակցելու հայտ ներկայացրած կուսակցությունների եւ դաշինքների անունները՝ 27 ուժ։ ԿԸ հանձնաժողովը նրանց մասնակցությունը դեռ պետք է հաստատի, այսինքն՝ դեռ պետք է գրանցվեն այդ ուժերը, որ իրավունք ունենան մասնակցելու ընտրություններին։ Գրանցման վերջնաժամկետը մայիսի 31-ն է, մինչեւ ժամը 18։00-ն։ Երեկ ամբողջ օրը ԿԸՀ-ում այդ գործով էին զբաղված՝ ցուցակներն էին նայում, փաստաթղթերն ուսումնասիրում։ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը մեզ ասաց՝ դեռ ստուգում ենք ցուցակները, ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը, թե որքանով են համապատասխանում ԿԸՀ-ի առաջադրած պահանջներին։ Այսինքն՝ չի բացառվում, որ ներկայացված 27 ուժերից որոշների գրանցումը մերժվի, եթե պահանջներին չբավարարեն։ 

Օրինակ՝ «Զարթոնք» կուսակցությունից Վահագն Չախալյանի գրանցումը՝ որպես թեկնածուի, արդեն իսկ մերժվել է՝ 4 տարվա բնակության ցենզի բացակայության հիմնավորմամբ։ Գրանցման պահանջներից մեկն այն է, որ ցուցակում պետք է լինի առնվազն 80 թեկնածու։ Մուկուչյանն ասաց՝ ցուցակներ կան, որոնցում ընդամենը 81 թեկնածու կա, ու եթե նրանցից 2-ն ինչ-որ պատճառով դուրս մնա ցուցակից, ապա այդ ուժի գրանցումը կմերժվի։ Ի դեպ, քաղաքական ուժերից շատերը դեռ չեն հրապարակել իրենց ցուցակներն ամբողջությամբ։ Որոշներն առաջին եռյակն են հրապարակել կա՛մ մինչեւ 10, կա՛մ՝ 30 համարը։ ԿԸՀ-ից ասացին՝ ցուցակները պաշտոնապես կհրապարակեն վերջնական գրանցումից հետո, այսինքն՝ հունիսի 1-ին։
