ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման 15-ամյակի առթիվ: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղերձում նշել է.

«Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի հարգելի՛ աշխատակիցներ,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման 15-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Հեռարձակվող լրատվամիջոցները, լինելով տեղեկատվության տարածման և ստացման ամենաարդյունավետ ուղիներից մեկը, բացառիկ նշանակություն ունեն արդի աշխարհում: Հեռահաղորդակցության բնագավառում անկախ և ինքնուրույն լրատվամիջոցների բազմազանությունը, ինչպես նաև զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների ազատությունը երաշխավորելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ոլորտի իրավահարաբերությունների համարժեք և համաչափ կարգավորումը` միաժամանակ պահպանելով այլ սուբյեկտների իրավունքների և օրինական շահերի միջև օրենքներով ամրագրված հավասարակշռությունը:

Ակնառու են Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի հաջողություններն այս ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև առաջընթացն ու ձեռքբերումները միջազգային հարթակներում, հատկապես` Հեռուստառադիոհեռարձակման ոլորտը կարգավորող մարմինների եվրոպական պլատֆորմի ձևաչափում: Սակայն ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների և գլոբալ տեղեկատվական հասարակության արագ զարգացման պայմաններում Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովին ներկայացվող պահանջներն ընդարձակվում են, և դեռ անելիքներ կան:

Կրկին շնորհավորելով հոբելյանի առթիվ` մաղթում եմ նոր ձեռքբերումներ ձեր պատաս-խանատու գործունեության մեջ, քաջառողջություն և երջանկություն ձեզ և ձեր ընտանիքներին»:
