ԿԸՀ-ն 48 ժամ է տվել Փաշինյանին․ Ո՞ր ուժերն են անթերի փաստաթղթեր ներկայացրել

23 կուսակցություն ու չորս դաշինքներ էին օրեր առաջ իրենց ընտրացուցակներն ու փաստաթղթերը ներկայացրել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով։ Այդ ուժերից ոչ բոլորին է սակայն բախտ վիճակվելու հատել քարոզարշավի մարաթոնն ու մասնակցել հունիսի 20-ին կայանալիք քվեարկությանը։
 
ԿԸՀ-ն երկու տասնյակ քաղաքական ուժերին 48 ժամ է տվել ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը լրացնելու համար:
 
Փաստաթղթերում բացթողումները առնչվում էին որոշ թեկնածուների վերջին 4 տարին ՀՀ քաղաքացի լինելու, ՀՀ-ում վերջին 4 տարին մշտապես բնակվելու տեղեկանքին, հայերենին տիրապետելու մասին հանգամանքը փաստող փաստաթղթերին:
Այս փաստը նաև վկայում է, թե ինչ անլրջությամբ են քաղաքական ուժերը մոտենում անգամ իրենց սեփական ցուցակներին։
 
Փոքրաթիվ քաղաքական ուժերից փաստաթղթերի ամբողջ փաթեթը առանց թերությունների են ներկայացրել «Հայաստան» դաշինքը, «Հայոց արծիվներ․ Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը։
 
Երկու քաղաքական ուժերն էլ մանրակրկիտ և պատասխանատվությամբ են մոտեցել ընտրական փաստաթղթերի փաթեթի ձևավորմանը, և սա նրանց պատասխանատվության առհավատչյան է։
 
Ռուսական բանակային մի ասույթ կա՝ «Կարգապահությունը գալիս է շարքից», իսկ քաղաքական ուժերի դեպքում կարող ենք վերաձևակերպել այսպես՝ «Կարգապահությունը գալիս է փաստաթղթերից»։
Եվ արձանագրենք, որ իշխանությունն անկարող է նույնիսկ մի փաթեթ ճիշտ ձևակերպել, էլ չասած երկիրը ճիշտ կառավարելու անընդունակության մասին։

Փաստաղթերը կիսատ ներկայացրած ուժերի մեջ է նաև իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը»։ Երեք տարի պետական բոլոր լծակներին տիրապետող, խորհրդարանում ամենամեծ խմբակցությունն ունեցող, սեփական արդարադատության նախարար ու հարյուրավոր փորձագետներ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժը նույնիսկ մի ընտրացուցակ և փաստաթղթեր չի կարողանում նորմալ ձևակերպի և արժանանում է ԿԸՀ դիտողությանը։
