ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն տեղեկացնում է
POLITICSՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում կատարված համակողմանի և արդյունավետ քննության արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալ Ա.Ն-ն 2021 թվականի մարտին պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող, նույն ՔԿՀ-ի անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի առաջատար մասնագետ, արդարադատության մայոր Ա.Հ-ին խնդրել է որդուց ստանալ և իրեն փոխանցել կալանավորվածներին պահելու վայրերի և ուղղիչ հիմնարկների ներքին կանոնակարգով արգելված բջջային հեռախոսներ, վերջիններիս համար նախատեսված պարագաներ և ընդհանուր օգտագործման հեռախոսային ապարատի քարտ՝ խոստանալով ակնհայտ ապօրինի հիշյալ գործողության համար կաշառք տալ, որն ընդունվել է պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից:
Այնուհետև, Ա.Ն-ն, պարտավոր լինելով դաստիարակելու իր անչափահաս երեխային՝ Վ.Ն-ին, պատասխանատվություն կրելով նրա դաստիարակության և զարգացման համար, օգտագործելով որպես ծնող՝ անչափահաս որդու մոտ ունեցած հեղինակությունը, ՔԿՀ-ից զանգահարել է նրան՝ պատվիրելով հանդիպել Ա.Հ-ին և նրան տալ նշված արգելված առարկաներն ու կաշառքի գումարը՝ այդ կերպ անչափահաս որդուն ներգրավելով հանցագործության՝ կաշառքի միջնորդության կատարմանը:
Արդյունքում անչափահաս որդու միջնորդությամբ Ա.Ն-ն 2021 թվականի մարտի 17-ին և 18-ին Ա.Հ-ին է տվել կաշառքի գումարը, որի դիմաց վերջինս Վ.Ն-ից ստացել և դատապարտյալ Ա.Ն-ին է փոխանցել մի շարք արգելված առարկաներ, որոնց մի մասը Ա.Հ-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ և ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացրած համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում:
Բացի այդ, Ա.Հ-ն, չարաշահելով իր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, դատապարտյալ Ա.Ն-ի հետ ունեցած հարաբերությունները պահպանելու և ամրապնդելու շարժառիթով կատարել է ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողություն և 2021 թվականի մարտի 15-ին «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ է տեղափոխել ու վերջինիս հանձնել արգելված առարկաներ՝ երկու բջջային հեռախոս, Wi-Fi համացանցային կապի շարժական մոդեմ և հեռախոսի լիցքավորիչ՝ այդպիսով էական վնաս պատճառելով ծառայության հեղինակությանն ու օրինական շահերին:
2021 թվականի մայիսի 26-ին հիշատակված 3 անձանց մասով քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է նախաքննության նկատմամբ դատավարական ղեկավարում իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու նպատակով։
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
