Մայիսի 30-ին, վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ կրակոցներ են հնչել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում Արաքս գյուղում մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ: Վաղարշապատի ոստիկանները, տաք հետքերով պարզել են  դեպքի հանգամանքները:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ գյուղում կենցաղային հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է ծագել նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ, 29-ամյա Գրիգոր Բ.-ի, նրա ընկերներ, 31-ամյա Մարտիրոս Մ.-ի, 28-ամյա Մհեր Հ.-ի, 30-ամյա Պետրոս Ս.-ի, Երևանի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Դավիթ Գ.-ի ու վերջինիս ընկերներ, Երևանի բնակիչներ, 21-ամյա Գեղամ Խ.-ի, 25-ամյա Ռոբերտ Մ.-ի, 20-ամյա Գագիկ Հ.-ի, 20-ամյա Գուրգեն Գ.-ի, 20-ամյա Վահե Խ.-ի և 25-ամյա Արտյոմ Տ.-ի միջև: Վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, ինչի հետևանքով Գրիգոր Բ.-ն ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք, իսկ, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ նրա ընկերներից մեկը իր մոտ գտնվող դեռևս չպարզված հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել, բաեբախտաբար, դրա արդյունքում տուժածներ չկան:

Վաղարշապատի ոստիկանները՝ բաժնի պետ Ռ. Պողոսյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ  Արթուր Ֆիշյանի գլխավորությամբ, տաք հետքերով խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Գեղամ Խ.-ին, ով եղել  է Mercedes  մակնիշի  50 QO 100 համարանիշի  ավտոմեքենայով, ինչպես նաև  նրա ուղևորներ Ռոբերտ Մ.-ին, Գուրգեն Գ.-ին,  Գագիկ Հ.-ին և  Վահե Խ.-ին ու Արտյոմ Տ.-ին, ով եղել է  Mercedes  մակնիշի 21 AT 211 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով: Կարճ ժամանակ անց հայտնաբերվել  է նաև Գրիգոր Բ.-ն:  Ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքին առնչվող մյուս անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Փաստի առիթվ ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
