Թուրքիան ոգևորում է Ադրբեջանին. ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ
INTERVIEW
Վաղը՝ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, նախատեսվում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի աշխատանքային այցը Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնություն՝ Բեռն, որտեղ դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ հանդիպում կունենա Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ:
Past.am-ը զրուցել է ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանի հետ՝ Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպման հետ կապված սպասելիքների և սահմանային վերջին սադրանքների մասին:
Դավիթ Բաբայանը մասնավորապես նշել է. «Մենք այդպիսի ցանկացած հանդիպում արժևորում ենք, հատկապես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների մասնակցությամբ: Խոսելով ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մասին՝ մենք պետք է տարբերակենք վերջնական կարգավորումն ու կայունության պահպանման գործընթացը: Տեսանելի ապագայում հնարավոր չէ հասնել վերջնական կարգավորման, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը վարում է խիստ ապակառուցողական քաղաքականություն, հետևաբար, նման հանդիպումները ոչ թե պետք է դիտարկել վերջնական կարգավորման տեսանկյունից, որը շատ վաղաժամ է, այլ խաղաղության և կայունության պահպանման հարթության մեջ»:
Հարցին՝ ինչո՞վ են պայմանավորված սահմանային վերջին սադրանքներն ու ի”նչ կապ կա ռուս-թուրքական խորացող լարվածության հետ, ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը պատասխանեց, որ Թուրքիան, ըստ երևույթին, ոգևորում է Ադրբեջանին, որպեսզի վերջինս շարունակի իր ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությունը:
«Միանշանակ սա կապել Թուրքիայի հետ, ճիշտ չէ, բայց այն, որ Թուրքիան մեծ դերակատարություն ունի այսպիսի իրավիճակի պահպանման մեջ, սա էլ է միանշանական, հատկապես այս վերջին ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Ադրբեջանում էին թուրքական գլխավոր շտաբի ղեկավարն ու ներկայացուցիչները, այնուհետև վարչապետն ու արտգործնախարարը:
Բնական է՝ այս հանդիպումները չէին կարող շրջանցել Արցախի և Հայաստանի հետ կապված հարցերը: Ինչպիսի ապակառուցողական քաղաքականություն Անկարան վարում է Սիրիայում, Իրաքում, Հունաստանի, Ռուսաստանի հետ կապված, նույնը փորձում է անել նաև Կովկասում»,- ընդգծեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
