Մեքենա էր պետք լինում դիերի տեղափոխման համար, բոլորն իրար վրա էին քցում, վերջում կամ ջարդվում էր Տարածքային նախարարության գլխին, որն էլ իր հերթին Սյունիքի մարզպետին էր դիմում կամ ասում էին Դատաբժշկական դիմի, իսկ ԱՆ ժամանակ անգամ չէր տրամադրում այս հարցին անդրադառնալու, միանգամից պատասխանում էին. «մեզ ինչու՞ եք զանգել, դիմեք տարածքային ու ՊՆ» : Դե ՊՆ էլ չասեմ ...
Հարցը այն չէ , թե ո՞վ պետք է աներ, հարցը այն է, որ հստակ գործող համակարգ չկար ու չէին նստում վերջնական որոշելու, թե ո՞վ անի և մինչև վերջ իրար վրա գլորեցին գործը: Դեկտեմբեր ամսին մեկ օրում կազմակերպեցի Կապանի դիահերձարանից դիակների տեղափոխումը , որի պատճառով բնակիչները բողոքում էին, սառնարաններ չկային և հոտը լցվում էր քաղաքով մեկ, նույն օրը Ստեփանակերտի, Գորիսի և այլն: Երբ հասկացա ամեն մեկը մյուսի վրա է գցում, առաջարկեցի՝ ինձ լիազորել ինձ համար ամենածանր գործը կատարելու և ստացա պատասխան . « դու հանգիստ եղիր , ամեն ինչ կազմակերպվում է»: Երկու օր հետո բախվեցինք նույն խնդրին , ծնողները ճանաչելի մարմիններն էին ուզում տեղափոխել ու մեքենա չկար(Հադրութում սպանված 6 տղաները) , նորից սկսեցի աջ ու ձախ կապվել, պահանջել , համոզել ու խնդրել ,Կրկին առաջարկեցի ինձ լիազորել ՝ տալ չորս մեքենա ու վարորդներ , բայց ...
Հնչեց ամենասարսափելին «Կարո՞ղ է մի հատ էլ քեզ հաշվետու պետք է լինենք»:
Չէ, ինձ չէ տղե՛ք, ազգին պետք է հաշվետու լինե՛ք , ազգի՜ն ու ոչ ուշ ...
