Մայիսի 24-ին շտապօգնության խումբը թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխել Նորք-Մարաշի 6-րդ փողոցի մի բնակչի։ Ժամը 17.45-ին հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ 61-ամյա տղամարդու մոտ ախտորոշվել էին կրծքավանդակի և որովայնի հրազենային վնասվածքներ։

Դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ-քննչական խմբերն ու փորձաքրեագետները զննել էին տարածքը՝ հայտնաբերելով արնանման հետքեր, ապակու կտորներ և այլն։

Մարաշի բաժանմունքի քրեական հետախույզները, համագործակցելով ոստիկանության այլ ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների հետ, պարզեցին կատարվածի մի շարք հանգամանքներ։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում Նորք-Մարաշի 6-րդ փողոցի տներից մեկի բակում ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 61-ամյա տղամարդու ուղղությամբ կրակել էր նրա եղբոր 36-ամյա որդին։

Նրան հայտնաբերելու միջոցառումներին զուգահեռ իրականացվեց նաև բացատրական աշխատանք, ինչի շնորհիվ մայիսի 26-ին 36-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացավ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, ապա ներկայացվեց տարածքային քննչական բաժին ու ձերբակալվեց:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանքը։

Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
