«Արտաքնիս հարցում ամենակարևորն իմ կարծիքն է». դերասան Տիգրան Դոդորյանը՝ 14 կգ-ով գիրանալու, ծխելուց հրաժարվելու և կյանքի փոփոխության մասին

«Վերջին ուսուցիչը», «Անատոլիական պատմություն» հեռուստանախագծերից լսարանին հայտնի դերասան Տիգրան Դոդորյանը մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում գիրացել է 14 կգ-ով: Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում Տիգրանը խոսել է գիրանալու իր տարբերակի, ծխելուց հրաժարվելու և առողջ ապրելակերպ վարելու մասին:
Տիգրանի խոսքով՝ նախկինում շատ նիհար էր, այդ պատճառով էլ որոշել է գիրանալ:
«Տարածված կարծրատիպ կա, թե շատ ուտելու դեպքում կարելի է գիրանալ, բայց դա այդքան էլ այդպես չէ, երբ քո գենետիկան նիհար է: Ես միշտ շատ եմ կերել, բայց չեմ գիրացել: 185 սմ հասակի դեպքում ունեի 64 կգ քաշ: Մեկ ամսում գիրացել եմ 14 կգ-ով, պատրաստվում եմ ևս 14 կգ քաշ հավաքել, ինձ այսպես ավելի լավ, գեղեցիկ եմ զգում: Այնպես չէր, որ նիհար լինելն ինձ շատ էր խանգարում, ուղղակի ուզում էի մի փոքր քաշ հավաքել, բայց մի փոքրի փոխարեն շատ հավաքեցի»,- պատմեց նա:
Դերասանը հայտնեց, որ հրաժարվել է վատ սովորություններից: «Դադարել եմ ծխել, որովհետև ծխախոտն ազդում է ախորժակի վրա, երբ սոված ժամանակ ծխում ես, հագենում ես: Իհարկե, բարդ էր, ես ծխախոտ շատ էի սիրում, բայց կարողացա հրաժարվել և՛ դրանից, և՛ գազավորված ըմպելիքներից: Հիմա միայն ըմպելիքներն եմ հազվադեպ օգտագործում: Հետևում եմ Ինստագրամում հայտնի բլոգերների, որոնք առողջ ապրելակերպ ունեն, հասկանում եմ, որ հաճելի է այդպես ապրել, ծխախոտն առողջության վրա շատ վատ է ազդում: Նախկինում աստիճաններ բարձրանալիս շունչս կտրվում էր, հիմա հանգիստ եմ ինձ զգում: Առհասարակ, արտաքին փոփոխությունս ներքին փոփոխություններ է բերել: Առողջ ապրելակերպը նպաստում է նաև ներաշխարհիդ կարգավորմանը»,- ասաց նա:
Տիգրանն ընդգծեց, որ խմել է հատուկ վիտամիններ: «Դրանք նպաստել են ոչ միայն ախորժակի լավացմանը, այլև նյարդերս են հանգստացրել: Երբ առողջ ապրելակերպ չէի վարում, շատ նյարդային էի, հիմա խաղաղ եմ, հանգիստ: Մարզվում եմ, բայց մարզիչ չունեմ, այդ հարցում ինձ ընկերս է օգնում: Նաև սննդակարգ եմ պահում, որը, կարելի է ասել, ինքնուրույն եմ մշակել` խորհրդակցելով տարբեր մարդկանց հետ: Ուտում եմ օրական 5-6 անգամ, բոլոր անգամներն էլ մեծ չափաբաժնով: Առավոտյան պարտադիր կաթով և մրգերով վարսակ եմ ուտում, ֆրեշ խմում: Օգտագործում եմ հավի կրծքամիս, աղցաններ, բանջարեղեն: Օրվա առաջին մասի համար ուտեստները կամ ես եմ պատրաստում, կամ մայրս, հետո կամ սրճարանում եմ սնվում, կամ էլ պատվիրում եմ»,- նշեց Տիգրանը:
Հարցին, թե սննդակարգ պահելը ֆինանսապես թանկ չէ՞, Տիգրանը պատասխանեց. «Սննդակարգ պահելը, իսկապես, ֆինանսական առումով բարդ է, առողջ ապրելակերպը թանկ հաճույք է, բայց ես աշխատում եմ: Նրանց, ովքեր ուզում են առողջ ապրելակերպ վարել, խորհուրդ եմ տալիս նախ աշխատել, որպեսզի կարողանան ապահովել ֆինանսական կողմը»:
Դերասանը նաև խորհուրդ տվեց ոչ ոքի չլսել, անել այն, ինչ քեզ դուր է գալիս: «Պետք չէ ոչ ոքի լսել, եթե ուզում ես գիրանալ, պետք է գիրանաս: Երբ ես գիրացա, շատերն ասում էին, որ ինձ նիհար ավելի էր սազում, մյուսներն ասում էին, որ գիրանալուց հետո ավելի գեղեցիկ եմ: Այս ամենի մեջ ամենակարևորն իմ կարծիքն է, թե ինձ ինչպես եմ ավելի լավ, գեղեցիկ զգում»,- եզրափակեց նա:
