INTERVIEWՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն այսօր Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում անդրադարձավ զոհված զինծառայողների դիերի և մասունքների՝ Աբովյանի դիահերձարանի նկուղում առանց համապատասխան պայմանների պահելու աղմկահաույց դեպքին:
«Մասնկավոր այս դեպքը, որ գրանցվել է Աբովյանում, հստակ կերպով հետևանքներին ասօր իսկ հետևել ենք դրան: Նշեմ, որ մեր բոլոր դիահերձարաններում մենք ունենք պահպանված մասունքներ և դիեր, որոնց մի մասը նույնականացված է, և այս ընթացքում սպասում ենք, որ ծնողները դիերը վերցնեն և հուղարկավորեն, ինչպես որ կարգն է: Ունենք նաև դիեր, որոնց ԴՆԹ-ները ծնողների հետ որևէ նույնականացում չունեն: Կան ծնողներ, ովքեր ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով հրաժարվում են ԴՆԹ անալիզ հանձնել, որ ունենանք ամբողջական տվյալների բազա. այս մասով մշտապես աշխատանք ենք տանում, որ հարազատները գան և հանձնեն անալիզները: Ունենք մոտ 50-ի չափ շատ խորը վնասված մասունքներ, որոնցից չի հաջողվում ԴՆԹ անջատել և ստանալ համապատասխան արդյունքները»,-ասաց Ավանեսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ մասով աշխատանքներ են տարվում այլ երկրների փորձագետների հետ, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ԴՆԹ նմուշառում իրականացնել:
Դիտարկմանը, թե պատերազմից ամիսներ են անցել, և եթե ինքն ասում է՝ ծնողները չեն վերցնում իրենց զավակների մասունքները, տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ իրականում նախարարությունն ուղղակի գաղտնի է պահում այդ փաստերը, Ավանեսյանն ասաց. «Միանշանակ չկա էդպիսի բան»:
Հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ էին դիերը գտնվում անհարգալից վիճակում, Ավանեսյանը պատասխանեց․ «Այո, դրանք պատշաճ վիճակում պահված չեն եղել կոնկրետ այդ կետում։ Ծնողները մշտապես այցելել են դատաբժշկական մասնաճյուղեր, այդ կենտրոնների դռները մշտապես բաց են եղել ծնողների առաջ։ Այո, սա մասնավոր, շատ վատ վիճակ է եղել, որը արժանի է ամենախիստ գնահատականին, բայց ընդհանրացնել և մեկ մասնավոր սխալը տարածել ամբողջ համակարգի վրա, ճիշտ չէ։ Ըստ նրա՝ «սա չպետք է դառնա քաղաքական էժան շահարկման առարկա»:
Ավանեսյանը նշեց՝ տեղափոխման գործընթաց է եղել, որի ընթացքում այդ մասնաճյուղի անփութության արդյունքում ունեցել ենք այն, ինչ ունեցել ենք. «Դիերի տեղափոխման ընթացքում կոնկրետ այդ դեպքը եղել է անփութության արդյունքում, ունեցել ենք այն, ինչ ունեցել ենք: Դա արդեն իր գնահատականն ստացել է: Մասնաճյուղի ղեկավարը, աշխատակիցներն աշխատանքից ազատվել են, ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը խիստ նկատողություն է ստացել: Կընթանա քննություն, կպարզվեն բոլոր հանգամանքները, և օրենքի շրջանակներում բոլոր քայլերը կիրականացվեն»,- ասաց նա:
