ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը կրկնապատկել է հիփոթեքային պորտֆելի ծավալը

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը, հանդիսանալով Հայաստանի հիփոթեքային շուկայի առաջատարներից մեկը, շարունակում է բնակչության շրջանում  առանձնահատուկ պահանջարկ ունեցող պրոդուկտի ակտիվ զարգացումը: Վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում Բանկը կրկնապատկել  է հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ 7 անգամ ավելացնելով հիփոթեքային վարկերի վաճառքի ծավալները:  

Հիփոթեքային պրոդուկտների շարքում հաճախորդներին են առաջարկվում վարկեր գոյություն ունեցող և կառուցվող բնակելի անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման, ինչպես նաև անշարժ գույքի կառուցապատման,  վերանորոգման կամ վերակառուցման նպատակով: Երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը հնարավորություն է տալիս  ձեռք բերել անշարժ գույք հատուկ արտոնյալ պայմաններով՝ «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքին` մատչելի բնակարան» ծրագրի շրջանակներում: 

2020թ․ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ընդլայնեց համագործակցությունը ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ՝ մինչև 2023թ. մասնակից դառնալով երեխաներ ունեցող ընտանիքներին բնակարանով ապահովման պետական ծրագրին: 

Բանկն առաջարկում է հաճախորդներին նաև այլ բանկերից և վարկային կազմակերպություններից հիփոթեքային վարկերի վերաֆինանսավորման/գնման հնարավորություն՝ այդպիսով նվազեցնելով հետագա ամսական ֆինանսական բեռը: 

Հաճախորդներին հարմարավետ և որակյալ ծառայություններ մատուցելու նպատակով՝ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը բացել է իր ձևաչափով առաջինը Հայաստանում Հիփոթեքային կենտրոն՝  ք․ Երևան, Վերին Անտառային 135, տ․ 40 հասցեում: Սա միասնական հարմարավետ և տեխնոլոգիական հարթակ է, որը միավորում է ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ բնակարան ձեռք բերելու նպատակով  անհրաժեշտ բոլոր ծառայությունները, որտեղ հաճախորդները կարող են ստանալ պրոֆեսիոնալ խորհրդատվություն  անհատական մենեջերից հիփոթեքային վարկերի ձևակերպման վերաբերյալ, օգտվել դիզայների, ապահովագրական գործակալի ծառայություններից, ինչպես նաև ձևակերպել սպառողական և ապառիկ վարկեր Բանկի գործընկերների կողմից տրամադրվող հատուկ զեղչերով՝ բնակարանի համալիր կահավորման համար անհրաժեշտ ապրանքների ձեռք բերման նպատակով:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն առաջինը շուկայում մեկնարկել է ավտոկայանատեղերի ձեռք բերման նպատակով տրամադրվող հիփոթեքային պրոդուկտ: Բանկը շարունակաբար ընդլայնում է նաև իր գործընկերային հարաբերությունները կառուցապատող ընկերությունների հետ, ինչը նպաստում է արտոնյալ պայմաններով հիփոթեքային վարկավորման զարգացմանը:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն առաջարկում է հիփոթեքային վարկեր՝ սկսած ընդամենը 3% կանխավճարով, 3-30 տարի մարման ժամկետով, վարկի գումարը՝ 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամից  մինչև 200 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը` 3.5% -13.7% (փաստացի տոկոսադրույք` 6% -15%):
