Բանակցությունները որեւէ արդյունք չեն տվել. մանրամասներ
POLITICSՎերջին մի քանի օրերին Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում ակտիվ բանակցություններ էին ընթանում՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների միջև՝ սահմանային գոտում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ։
Նպատակը բանակցությունների միջոցով հասնել Հայաստան ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զորքերի դուրսբերմանը։ Սակայն, մենք տեղեկացանք, որ բանակցությունները որեւէ արդյունք չեն տվել։
Պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ մյուս երկու կողմերի համար նախ անընդունելի է եղել, որ հայկական կողմից Հայաստանի ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Արշակ Կարապետյանը։ Ըստ ամենայնի՝ սպասել են ստատուսով ավելի բարձր պաշտոնյայի եւ որքան էլ Կարապետյանը փորձել է համոզել, որ Հայաստանում ինքը երկրորդ պաշտոնյան է, կողմերը մնացել են իրենց դիրքորոշմանը եւ հորդորել, որ հաջորդ անգամ առաջին պաշտոնյան ներկայանա, եթե ինքը երկրորդն է։
Բացի այդ, ռուսական կողմը կարծես ակտիվ ջանքեր չի դրսեւորել այն պատճառով, որ մինչ Մոսկվայում փորձում են լուծել Հայաստանի սահմաններին առկա պայթունավտանգ իրավիճակը, իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան դրոշակ դարձրած ծածանում է Փաշինյանի Ֆրանսիա այցը եւ Մակրոնի խոսքերը, թե ադրբեջանական զորքը պետք է դուրս գա ՀՀ տարածքից։ Եւ եթե բանակցությունների ընթացքում գային ընդհանուր հայտարարի, որ զորքն, իսկապես, դուրս բերվեր, ապա Փաշինյանը դա կվերագրեր արեւմտյան դաշնակիցների ջանքերին։ Ռուսական մեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք նաեւ, որ հաջորդ հանդիպման ժամկետները դեռ անհայտ են, չի բացառվում, որ ընտրություններից հետո լինի բանակցությունների հաջորդ փուլը։
