Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Սահակյանը դրական է գնահատում այն հանգամանքը, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ընդդեմ հոսանքի թանկացման բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող քաղաքացիների և ոստիկանության միջև համագործակցություն է ձևավորվել: Հունիսի 26-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Հովհաննես Սահակյանն ընդգծեց, որ մինչև ուշ գիշեր հետևում է ակցիայի ընթացքին և իր համար երկու դրական բան է արձանագրել: «Առաջին դրականն ինձ համար այն է, որ այնտեղ միշտ հնչում է հայկական ազգային երաժշտություն: Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ այդ երիտասարդներին համախմբում է ազգային գաղափարախոսությունը: Եվ դրական է նաև այն, որ երիտասարդներն իրենց շարքերից դուրս են մղում բոլոր սադրիչներին և անձանց, ովքեր այլ գործողություններ են փորձում իրականացնել: Երկրորդը ցուցարարների և ոստիկանության միջև համագործակցության ձևավորումն է, ինչը նույնպես շատ եմ կարևորում»,- նշեց Սահակյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ կարևորն այն բարի մթնոլորտն է, որը ձևավորվել է Բաղրամյան պողոտայում: Սահակյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ ոստիկանության կողմից ցուցարարների նկատմամբ ոչ համաչափ ուժ չի կիրառվի՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրա մասին խոսում են նաև ակտիվիստները: «Ես միայն հորդորում եմ քաղաքացիներին, որ ավելի զգոն լինեն, որպեսզի կարողանան իրենց շարքերից հեռացնել սադրիչներին: Այդ դեպքում ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի»,- եզրափակեց Սահակյանը:

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ ոստիկանությունն այնտեղ է,որպեսզի ապահովի հավաքի խաղաղ ընթացքը և այնտեղ հավաքված մարդկանց անվտանգությունը: «Աստված մի արասցե, որևէ մի սադրիչ այլ գործողություն կատարի, թե երիտասարդությունը, թե ոստիկանութունը դրա համար պատասխանատու են լինելու: Դրա համար երկուսն էլ պետք է զգույշ լինեն, «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» օրենքի սահմաններում պետք է ունենան հստակ կազմակերպիչներ, հստակ ծրագիր և գործողությունների պլան: Այս հավաքը պետք է լինի բացառապես օրենքի շրջանակներում»,- ասաց Սահակյանը:

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ են ցուցարարները իրենց պահանջը ներկայացնում երկրի նախագահին, երբ այն ավելի շատ տնտեսական, սոցիալական խնդիր է, Հովհաննես Սահակյանն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը կիսանախագահական երկիր է, որտեղ նախագահն ավելի շատ լիազորություններով է օժտված, իսկ երիտասարդությունն էլ այս դեպքում հույսը կապում է հենց նախագահի հետ: «Բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, ինձ համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու նրանք չեն ընդունում նախագահի հետ հանդիպման առաջարկը: Այս հարցը ի վերջո պետք է լուծում ստանա: Աշխարհում ընդունված կարգ է, որ երբ քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը որևէ խնդրի մասին բարձրաձայնում է հանրահավաքների միջոցով, այնուհետև գնում են բանակցությունների, որպեսզի խնդիրը լուծեն: Բանակցությունների արդյունքում կլուծվի հարցը, թե ոչ, սա հարցի երկրորդ կողմն է, սակայն հարկավոր է գնալ և բանակցել»,,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Թե այս ամենի արդյունքում ինչ որոշում կկայացվի և ինչ հանգուցալուծում կլինի պատգամավորը դժվարանում է հստակ պատասխանել: Նա նշեց, որ երեկ երկրի վարչապետն այս հարցի վերաբերյալ խոսել է ու հայտնել, որ անապահով ընտանիքների համար կառավարությունը լրացուցիչ փոխհատուցում կհատկացնի, որպեսզի նրանց վրա այս թանկացումը չծանրանա: «Մնացած որոշումների առումով ես ոչինչ չեմ կարող ասել, քանի որ ես չեմ հասցեատերը և դա իմ լիազորությունների շրջանակներում էլ չէ»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննես Սահակյանը:
