«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրեր առաջ հինգ հանրային գործիչներ՝ իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, «Քաղաքացիական գիտակցություն» ՀԿ նախագահ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը, «Մեդիապաշտպան» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Աղասի Ենոքյանը և փաստաբան Անահիտ Սարգսյանը, ստեղծել են «Ընտրությունների վերահսկման կոմիտե», որը պատրաստվում է առաջիկա արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նկատմամբ հանրային պատշաճ վերահսկողություն սահմանել՝ ընտրախախտումները և կեղծարարությունները կանխելու նպատակով։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, չնայած կոմիտեն ստեղծվել է ընդամենը չորս օր առաջ, սակայն արդեն իսկ բազմաթիվ անհատներ, տարբեր մասնագետներ ու գործիչներ արձագանքել են և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել անշահախնդիր և անվարձահատույց աջակցել նախաձեռնությանը։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այս հանգամանքը իշխանությունների շրջանում լուրջ անհանգստություն է առաջացրել։
Թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ ի հակակշիռ «Ընտրությունների վերահսկման կոմետեի», իշխանությունները ձեռնամուխ են եղել սեփական «վերահսկողական» գործիքակազմ ունենալու գործին և դիմել են արևմտյան ֆինանսավորում ունեցող ՀԿ-ների օգնությանը։ Նրանք պատրաստվում են հնարավորինս շատ մարդկային ռեսուրս գեներացնել այս «կամպանիայի» մեջ, որպեսզի կարողանան իշխանությունների կողմից բոլոր խախտումները լեգիտիմացնել, ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ պարբերաբար «շառեր» անել և, որքան հնարավոր է, ստվերել ու սևացնել «Ընտրությունների վերահսկման կոմիտեի» գործունեությունը։
