Гинцбург заявил, что для производства "Спутника V" не используют яйца

Яйца для производства вакцины "Спутник V" не нужны, заявил РИА Новости директор НИЦ эпидемиологии и микробиологии имени Гамалеи Минздрава России Александр Гинцбург.
Ранее глава Россельхознадзора Сергей Данкверт обратил внимание на отсутствие в России производства СПФ-яиц (свободных от патогенной флоры), которые предназначены для выпуска отдельных видов вакцин для животных, поэтому такие яйца приходится импортировать из-за рубежа. Советник главы Россельхознадзора Юлия Мелано уточняла журналистам, что речь идет об отдельных компонентах ветеринарных вакцин, которые не имеют отношения к производству вакцин для человека. Она подчеркивала, что речь идет исключительно о СПФ-яйце, которое не предназначено для употребления людьми.

"Нет, для производства "Спутника V" (яйца – ред.) не нужны. Все делается на синтетических средах", - сказал Гинцбург, отвечая на вопрос, нужны ли яйца для производства вакцины.
 
Он уточнил, что центр Гамалеи не закупает яйца для производства вакцин.
Вакцинация от коронавируса проводится во всех регионах РФ. Минздрав России в августе 2020 года зарегистрировал первую в мире вакцину для профилактики COVID-19, разработанную НИЦЭМ имени Гамалеи. Она получила название "Спутник V". В середине апреля Гинцбург заявлял, что вакцина "Спутник V" может хорошо защищать от коронавируса и животных.
