Ինչո՞ւ է քաղաքացին սպանել իր մորեղբորը․ Քննչական կոմիտեն նոր մանրամասներ է հայտնում (տեսանյութ, լուսանկարներ)
SOCIETY2021թ. հունիսի 5-ին քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի տներից մեկում տղամարդու դիակ կա: Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և հայտնաբերել 1966թ. ծնված տղամարդու դի՝ կրծքավանդակի շրջանում կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը, փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է տուժածի քրոջ որդին:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2021թ. հունիսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 1966թ. ծնված տղամարդու և նույն տանը բնակվող վերջինիս քրոջ որդու միջև, որի ընթացքում տղամարդը հայհոյել և փորձել է փայտի կտորով հարվածել զարմիկին, ինչից հետո վերջինս բռունցքով հարվածել է մորեղբոր դեմքին, իսկ դանակով` կրծքավանդակին: Միջադեպից հետո տղամարդը բարձրացել է տուն, իսկ արդեն հաջորդ օրը՝ հունիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, վերջինիս քույրը եղբորը հայտնաբերել է մահացած վիճակում:
Ժամեր անց տուժածի քրոջ որդին ձերբակալվել է՝ սպանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով՝ ներկայացնելով հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ հարցաքննվել են շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ անձինք, կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
