Իմ կոչը թիմակիցներին, դաշինքի համակիրներին և մեր բոլոր քաղաքացիներին՝ քարոզարշավի մեկնարկին
1. Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում կենտրոնանալ մեր ծրագրի բովանդակության վրա։ Մեր ծրագիրն ունի երկրի վերելքի հսկայական պոտենցիալ։
2. Վարակենք մարդկանց պոզիտիվ տրամադրությամբ, յուրաքանչյուր մեր հայրենակցի տուն պետք է մտնի հույսի և արժանապատվության գաղափարը։
3. Մոռացե´ք գործող իշխանությունը, այն չկա մեր օրակարգում, կենտրոնացեք անելիքների վրա, ապագայի վրա։
4. Մի´ տրվեք որևէ սադրանքի։ Ակնհայտ է, որ գործող իշխանության մի նեղ խումբ ցանկանում է անել ամեն ինչ՝ ներքին լարվածություն ու նույնիսկ բախումներ հրահրելու համար։ Սա այդ մարդու միակ կարողությունն է, իսկ անխուսափելի պարտության հեռանկարը նրանց դրդում է գնալ անօրինականությունների։
5. Հարգանքով վերաբերվեք բոլոր ուժերին. բոլոր այն ուժերը, որոնք պայքարում են Հայաստանում պարտության էջը փակելու համար, մեր գործընկերներն են։
6. Համբերատար խոսեք մեր հայրենակիցների հետ. այդ մարդիկ երեք տարի գտնվել են իշխանական տոտալ քարոզի և օտար ուժերի՝ երկիրը քանդող քարոզչության ազդեցության տակ։
7. Կոչ եմ անում պետական համակարգի աշխատողներին. ձեր ճնշող մեծամասնությունը հայրենասեր ու պրոֆեսիոնալ մարդիկ են, և մենք միասին աշխատելու ենք մեր երկրում արժանապատիվ խաղաղության, տնտեսության զարգացման և համահայկական վերելքի համար։ Չվախենաք, չզիջեք որևէ սպառնալիքի տակ։
8. Կոչ եմ անում ուժային կառույցների աշխատողներին. պահպանեք զգոնություն, սառնասրտություն, մի´ կատարեք հեռացող իշխանության ապօրինի հրամանները, կատարեք բացառապես ձեր ծառայողական պարտականությունները։
9. Իմ թիմակիցների և ցանկացած քաղաքացու նկատմամբ ճնշումները, սպառնալիքները, ահաբեկման փորձերը չեն մնալու անպատիժ։ Բոլորը հատ-հատ պատասխան են տալու օրենքի առաջ։
10. Այս ընտրություններում հարցը շատ պարզ է՝ հաղթելու է հույսը, վերելքի հեռանկարը, արժանապատիվ խաղաղության գաղափարը։ Ընդամենը 14 օր հետո մենք Հայաստանում բացելու ենք նոր էջ։
Մենք անպայման ունենալու ենք անվտանգ սահմաններ, անպայման ունենալու ենք կայուն խաղաղություն և արժանապատիվ կեցվածք տարածաշրջանում, մենք անպայման ունենալու ենք աշխատող ու զարգացող պետություն։
