Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը փակագծեր բացեց. նախկինում ի՞նչ էր արվում պատերազմից խուսափելու համար
POLITICSՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահը վստահեցնում է, որ Ադրբեջանը ձեռ էր քաշել նախկին ԼՂՀ-ից և հասկանում էր, որ միջանցք նույնպես չի տրամադրվելու։
Հայաստանի կողմից Ղարաբաղի անկախության ճանաչումը երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի` նախագահ եղած տարիներին կնշանակեր պատերազմի սկիզբ։ Քոչարյանն այդ մասին հայտնեց Մեղրիում «Հայաստան» դաշինքի քարոզարշավի ժամանակ` պատասխանելով քաղաքացիներից մեկի հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ չի ճանաչել ԼՂ անկախությունը, երբ ՀՀ նախագահ էր։
«Մենք չենք ճանաչել ԼՂ անկախությունը, բայց փաստացի արել ենք ամեն ինչ, որ ստեղծենք ասիմետրիկ կոնֆեդերացիա։ Այսինքն` մենք փաստացի ինտեգրել ենք ամեն ինչ. Ղարաբաղն ուներ իր խորհրդարանը, իր նախագահն ու պետական կառույցները, բայց տակը բոլորը միասին էին։ Սա նշանակում է` կառուցել ենք մեկ երկիր»,–ասաց Քոչարյանը։
Անդրադառնալով բանակցությունների թեմային` ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահը նշեց, որ եթե ներկայիս իշխող ուժն իշխանության չգար, հայկական կողմը դեռ 30 տարի հմուտ բանակցելու հնարավորություն կունենար։
Քոչարյանը վստահեցրեց, որ Ադրբեջանը ձեռ էր քաշել նախկին ԼՂՀ-ից և հասկանում էր, որ միջանցք չի տրամադրվելու, քանի որ ԼՂ-ն չի կարող անկլավային վիճակում զարգանալ։ Սակայն, ըստ Քոչարյանի, Ադրբեջանը հույս ուներ, որ ՀՀ-ն կարող է մյուս շրջանները վերադարձնել։
«Ճիշտ բանակցելն այն է, որ դու ո՛չ տաս այդ հույսը, ո՛չ էլ կտրես այն։ Իսկ այս իշխանությունն այսօր մի բան է ասել, վաղը` մեկ այլ բան, ստում էր միջնորդներին։ Այս իշխանությունն ասում էր` Շուշին մայրաքաղաք են սարքելու, և ոնց որ բզեին ու ասեն` հույս չունենաք, որ բանակցությունների միջոցով կարող եք մի բանի հասնել»,–ասաց Քոչարյանը։
Նրա խոսքով` Շուշին զգայուն թեմա էր ոչ միայն հայերի, այլև ադրբեջանցիների համար։ Երբ Քոչարյանը բանակցություններ էր վարել, ադրբեջանական կողմը միշտ հետաքրքրվել է, թե Շուշիի հարցը ո՞նց է լինելու։ Իսկ այս իշխանությունը, ըստ Քոչարյանի, արեց ամեն ինչ, որ պատերազմն անխուսափելի լինի։
