Ադրբեջանում դատախազը լիբանանահայ գերու համար 20 տարվա ազատազրկում է պահանջել

Ադրբեջանցի դատախազը դատի ժամանակ պահանջել է 20 տարով ազատազրկել Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի մասնակից, լիբանանահայ Վիգեն Էուլջեքջյանին: Այս մասին գրում է minval.az կայքը:

Դատավարությունը կշարունակվի հունիսի 11-ին:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր Tert.am-ը, Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանում տեղի են ունենում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի կողմից գերեվարված լիբանանահայ Վիգեն Էուլջեքջյանի դեմ քրեական գործով լսումները, հայտնում են տեղի լրատվամիջոցները` մանրամասնելով, որ նիստի ժամանակ Էուլջեքջյանի փաստաբանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել գործն ուղարկել նախաքննության փուլ, սակայն դատարանը մերժել է միջնորդությունը:

Հայտնի է, որ տղամարդը մեղադրվում է Ադրբեջանի դեմ «ահաբեկչական գործողությունների» իրականացման համար և որակվում որպես «վարձկան»:

Դատական նիստի շրջանակում դատախազը կկարդա մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, իսկ ամբաստանյալը ցուցմունք կտա: Ադրբեջանական կողմի պնդմամբ` 1979թ. ծնված Էուլջեքջյանը, որը հանդիսացել է Բեյրութի բնակիչ, «2500 դոլարի համար համաձայնել է մասնակցել 2020-ի աշնանն Արցախում վերսկսված ռազմական գործողություններին»:

Լիբանանահային մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ադրբեջանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի 114.3 (վարձկանի մասնակցություն ռազմական բախումներին կամ ռազմական գործողություններին), 214.2.1 (մի խումբ անձանց, կազմակերպված խմբի կամ հանցագործի կողմից նախնական դավադրության միջոցով կազմակերպված ահաբեկչություն), 318.2 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանների ապօրինի հատում) և ՔՕ այլ հոդվածներով: Դատարանի որոշմամբ`խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը:
