Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը պետք է համաձայնեցվի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների (Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանսիա) հետ, բայց հիմա պետք է շեշտը դնել ոչ թե դրա, այլ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու վրա, «Պրիմակովյան ընթերցումներ» միջազգային խորհրդաժողովի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Շատերն այժմ խոսում են այն մասին, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը մնում է չլուծված։ Դա պետք է վերջնականապես համաձայնեցվի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ, որոնք այս փուլում, հավանաբար, պետք է ոչ թե արթնացնեն կարգավիճակի հարցը, այլ նպաստեն վստահության միջոցների ամրապնդմանը, հումանիտար հարցերի լուծմանը, որպեսզի հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները կրկին միասին ապրեն անվտանգության ու տնտեսական բարեկեցության պայմաններում։ Ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ՝ եթե կարողանանք նման կյանք հաստատել, մի քանի տարի անց կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ բոլոր խնդիրները կլուծվեն շատ ավելի հեշտ»,- հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ «տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցերով եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեությունը նույնպես նվիրված է այդ խնդրին»:

«Եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության արդյունավետությունը կորոշվի առաջին հերթին նրանով, թե որքանով այդ ապաշրջափակումն ուղղակիորեն կօգնի բարելավել մարդկանց կյանքը։ Այդ եռակողմ քննարկումներում թե՛ Թուրքիայի, թե՛ Իրանի շահերը միանշանակ հաշվի են առնվում, այլապես այդ ամենն առավելագույն արդյունք չի ունենա»,-հավելել է նա։
