Արձակուրդի մեջ գտնվող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Ֆիլիպ Ռիքերին

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների՝ Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի պաշտոնակատար Ֆիլիպ Ռիքերին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ողջունելով ԱՄՆ բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցության զարգացումը և նշել, որ այցը լավ հնարավորություն է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգն ու հեռանկարները քննարկելու համար:
Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը գնահատանքի խոսքեր է հայտնել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը պաշտոնապես ճանաչելու և դատապարտելու վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի ուղերձի կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնել, որ այն կնպաստի տարածաշրջանում կայունության ու անվտանգության պահպանմանը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումն ու դատապարտումը կարևոր գործոն է տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համար, քանզի հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգային մարտահրավերները վերջին 100 տարում չեն փոխվել, և Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված 44-օրյա պատերազմը դա ցույց տվեց, քանի որ այս պատերազմում ներգրավված էին նույն դերակատարները, որոնք ներգրավված են եղել Հայոց ցեղասպանության կազմակերպման և իրագործման գործում:
Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի պաշտոնակատարը նշել է, որ առաջին անգամ է այցելում Հայաստան և ուրախ է գտնվել Երևանում, հայ գործընկերների հետ քննարկել երկկողմ հարաբերությունները: Ֆիլիպ Ռիքերը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է փոխանցել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի ողջույնները և վերահաստատել Հայաստանի հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունների զարգացման պատրաստակամությունը:
Ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների զարգացմանն ուղղված գործընթացները և օրինակելի համարել 2018 թվականին տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները: Նշվել է ամերիկյան կողմի պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակել աջակցել Հայաստանին ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների իրականացման գործում:
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակին: Երկուստեք նշվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության դերակատարության կարևորությունը և լարվածության թուլացման համար քայլեր ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Արցախի հարցի համատեքստում ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն ընդգծել է՝ հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության հովանու ներքո խաղաղ գործընթացի շրջանակում, համանախագահների կողմից առաջարկված սկզբունքների հիման վրա:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զրուցակցի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է գերիների, պատանդների և պահվող այլ անձանց շուտափույթ վերադարձի և ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից ադրբեջանական զինված միավորների անհապաղ դուրսբերման անհրաժեշտության վրա:
