Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունն ու «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքը դիմել են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին նախընտրական հոլովակի հեռարձակման հարցով․ Պաշտպանը հարցումներ կուղարկի Հ1 և ՀՌԱՀ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ից:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին հրապարակային դիմել է Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը՝ կապված, իր ձևակերպմամբ, «Առաջին ալիքի նկատմամբ քաղաքական ճնշումների փորձերի» հետ: Ըստ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին ուղղված հրապարակային բողոքի՝ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը Պաշտպանից ակնկալում է «հրատապ արձագանք» և «կոչ անում պաշտպանել Հանրայինի՝ անաչառության և ոչ խտրական վերաբերմունքի հանձնառությունը»՝ նկատի ունենալով «տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի» հայտարարութունները, թե հեռուստաընկերությունը նախընտրական հոլովակների ցուցադրման հարցում ցուցաբերում է խտրական մոտեցումներ: Ըստ բողոքի` խոսքը վերաբերել է տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի տրամադրած օրենքի տեսանկյունից վիճելի հոլովակների ցուցադրմանը:

Այլ կերպ՝ ՀՀ կառավարության հիմնադրած կազմակերպությունը, այն է` Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը ակնկալում է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանից պաշտպանություն ոչ պետական կազմակերպության՝ քաղաքական ուժի արարքներից:

Մյուս կողմից, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին առանձին բողոքով դիմել է նախընտրական քարոզարշավի մասնակից «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը և նշել, որ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունն առաջնորդվում է խտրական մոտեցմամբ, մերժել է իրենց նախընտրական քարոզչական հոլովակի հեռարձակումը՝ առանց բովանդակային հիմնավորումների՝ միայն արձանագրելով, թե իրենց հոլովակը պարունակում է վիրավորանք և զրպարտություն: Ըստ դիմումի՝ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության արարքն ունի քաղաքական դրդապատճառներ, հիմքում ունի Կառավարության կոնկրետ հրահանքը և օրենքի ակնհայտ խախտում են, քանի որ հեռուստաընկերությունը չունի իրավասություն որոշելու, թե ինչն է վիրավորանք կամ ինչը զրպարտություն, և այն այդ պատրվակով խախտել է իրենց քաղաքական իրավունքները, իրականացրել գրաքննություն, իսկ դրանից առաջ հեռարձակել է ակնհայտ վիրավորական ու զրպարտչական արտահայտություններով այլ քաղաքական ուժերի քարոզչական հոլովակներ, այդ թվում՝ իրենց վերաբերյալ:

Նշված հարցերի հետ կապված՝ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տեղեկացնում է. «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասին» ՀՀ սահմանադրական օրենքը կոնկրետ գործով մասնավոր, այն էլ քաղաքական կազմակերպության նկատմամբ Պաշտպանի իրավասություն չի սահմանում:

Հետևաբար, Կառավարության հիմնադրած հեռուստաընկերությունը չի կարող նշված կոնկրետ գործով ստանալ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աջակցությունը, քանի որ Պաշտպանի իրավասությունը կոնկրետ գործերով պետական կազմակերպությունների պաշտպանությունը չէ: Կոնկրետ դեպքում «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի ներկայացուցչի բողոքն ուղղված է Կառավարության հիմնադրած հեռուստաընկերության դեմ, որն, ըստ դաշինքի բողոքի, գործել է հենց Կառավարության հրահանգով:

Վերը նշված դաշինքի կոնկրետ դիմումի հետ կապված՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը գրավոր հարցումներ կուղարկի Հանրային հեռուստաընկերություն և Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողով (ՀՌԱՀ), ինչից հետո միայն հնարավոր կլինի գնահատել Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության արարքը։
