ԿԸՀ-ն որոշումներ է կայացրել Փաշինյանի գրանցման ու ՔՊ ցուցակի անվավեր ճանաչման դիմումների վերաբերյալ

ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը հունիսի 13-ին գումարած նիստում քննության է առել Էդգար Ղարզարյանի և Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի դիմումները։
Դրանցից առաջինով պահանջվել էր անվավեր համարել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ցուցակում վարչապետի թեկնածու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գրանցումը և վարչական վարույթ հարուցել։ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ԿԸՀ էր դիմել՝ պահանջելով, որ հանձնաժողովը դիմի Վարչական դատարան` «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակի գրանցումն անվավեր ճանաչելու համար: Նրա դիմումի հիմքում նաև այն պատճառաբանությունն է եղել, որ քարոզարշավին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը հնչեցնում է վիրավորանքներ:
Նիստը վարող ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանի գլխավորությամբ հանձնաժողովը մերժեց Էդգար Ղազարյանի դիմումը, որն, ըստ հանձնաժողովի, ներկայացվել է ոչ իրավասու կառույցի կողմից. դա պետք է լիներ կուսակցությունը կամ դաշինքը, որը մասնակցում է տվյալ ընտրություններին։ Այս որոշումը ԿԸՀ-ն կայացրեց 5 կողմ, 0 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ։
Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի դիմումը ևս մերժվեց նույն հիմնավորումով և ձայների նույն հարաբերակցությամբ։
Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մերժումների որոշումները կարող են եռօրյա ժամկետում բողոքարկվել Վարչական դատարանում:
