Ռուսական կողմին ասվել է, որ նման քարտեզ չկա․ Մուրադովը բոլորին էր պատրաստվում բերել

Հայկական կողմից ռուսական կողմին ասել են, որ ականապատ տարածքների ոչ մի քարտեզ էլ գոյություն չունի։ Այս մասին «Հրապարակի» հետ զրույցում ասաց գնդապետ Բորիս Ավագյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Բաքվին է տվել Ակնայի ականապատ հատվածների քարտեզը և դրանց դիմաց Հայաստան բերել 15 ռազմագերի։ Ավագյանի խոսքով՝ ռուսական կողմը պլանավորել էր այդ քարտեզներով բոլորին բերել, սակայն հայկական կողը ասել է, որ նման քարտեզներ չկան․
«Ականապատ տարածքների քարտեզի պատմությունը այն հարցն է, որը բարձրացրել է Մուրադովը՝ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության անունից, որպեսզի բոլոր ռազմագերիներին փոխանակի այդ քարտեզների հետ։Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ն ասել է, որ այդպիսի քարտեզ գոյություն չունի։ Հետո պարզվում է, որ այդ քարտեզները Փաշինյանն իրեն է վերցրել, որովհետև ես կապվել եմ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության կենտրոնական ապարատի հետ և հետաքրքրվել եմ, թե նրանք դիմե՞լ են Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ-ին՝ կապված այս քարտտեզների հետ, ինձ պատասխանեցին, որ այո, դիմել են, և պատասխան են ստացել, որ այդ քարտեզները գոյություն չունեն։ Հիմա ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քարտեզները հավաքել է գաղտնի, դրել է իր տակ, պահել է 7 ամիս, 7 ամիս անց քարտեզները հանել է, սկսել է փոխանակել ինչ-որ փոքր խմբերի հետ։ Այդ քարտեզները, որոնց փողային արժողությունը մոտ 100 մլն դոլար է, ինքը փոխանակում է 15 հոգանոց խմբի հետ ընտրարշավի ժամանակ։ Փաստորեն իր պատճառով այդ մարդիկ 7 ամիս անցկացրել են այնտեղ։ Ռուսական կողմը զարմացած է, ասում են՝ այդ մարդը ասում է, որ տվել է վարչապետ Լավրովին, Լավրովը ո՞ր երկրի վարչապետն է, այսիքն՝ ինքը չի ճանաչում, թե ում է տվել քարտեզը, ինքը հատուկ գաղտնի փաստաթղթեր է փոխանցել ինչ-որ մեկին»,- ասաց Ավագյանը։
