2017թ. Հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքի երեք խոշոր հատվածներում կմեկնարկի շինարարությունը

Հյուսիս-հարավ ավտոճանապարհային միջանցքի շինարարության ծրագիրը նախատեսվում է ամբողջովին ավարտել 2021թ.-ին: ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Հյուսիս-հարավ ավտոճանապարհային միջանցքի շինարարության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում փոխնախարարը նկատեց, որ ամեն ինչ կախված է ֆինանսական միջոցներից: «Նախատեսում ենք դեկտեմբերի վերջին օրերին կամ հունվարի առաջին օրերին բացել երթևեկությունը Արտաշատից մինչև Աշտարակ հատվածում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ճանապարհը 34 կիլոմետր է, որն ամբողջովին կահավարված մենք կբացենք այս տարվա վերջին կամ եկող տարվա սկզբին: Շինարարությունն ավարտում ենք սահմանված ժամկետների մեջ: Որակի վերաբերյալ, բնականաբար, կան դիտողություններ, որոնք պայմանագրով սահմանված կարգով կներկայացվեն շինարարին՝ շտկման համար: Եվ այս պահի դրու թյամբ էլ շարունակվում են թեստավորման և փորձաքննության աշխատանքները»,- մանրամասնեց Առաքելյանը:
Ավտոճանապարհային միջանցքի շինարարության առաջին երկու տրանշները իրականացնում է իսպանական «Կորսան Կորվիամ» ընկերությունը: «Իսկ մենք այս տարի ամփոփելու ենք տրանշ 3-ի համար հայտարարված մրցույթները: Կառուցվելու է Թալինից մինչև Գյումրի հատվածը: Գործընթացը երկու մասից է բաղկացած: Առաջինը Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկն է ֆինանսավորում: Այդտեղ հաղթել է չինական «Սինո Հիդրո» ընկերությունը, որի հետ կնքվել է պամանագիր դեկտեմբերի սկզբին: Երկրորդ հատվածի մրցույթը դեռ ամփոփման փուլում է»,- հայտնեց Արթուր Առաքելյանը՝ հավելե լով, որ 2017թ. կմեկնարկի Տրանշ-3-ի՝ Թալինից մինչև Գյումրի հատվածի շինարարությունը:
Փոխնախարարը նաև հավելեց, որ նախարարությունը պատրաստվում է մրցույթ հայտարարել նաև երկրի հարավային՝ Իրանի հետ սահմանից մինչև Քաջարան հատվածի շինարարության համար: «Այս հատվածի շինարարությունն էլ ֆինանսավորում է Եվրասիական ներդրումային բանկը: Այսինքն, մենք 2017թ. կունենանք երեք խոշոր հատված, որտեղ կմեկնարկեն շինարարական աշխատանքները»,- եզրափակեց արթուր Առաքելյանը:
«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագիրը» խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագիր է, որի նպատակն է միջազգային բարձր ստանդարտներին բավարարող 556 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ Մեղրի-Երևան-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի միջոցով երկրի հարավը կապել հյուսիսի հետ: Ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող այս ճանապարհի կառուցումը կապահովի Հայաստանի հարավային սահմանից դյուրին երթևեկը մինչև Վրաստանի սահման, ապա նաև դեպի Սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ, թույլ կտա իրականացնել եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխանող բեռնափոխադրումներ և ուղևորափ ոխադրումներ, զարգացման լուրջ հնարավորություններ կընձեռի Հայաստանի հարավից հյուսիս ընկած բոլոր բնակավայրերին:
