ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման ու քննչական դեպարտամենտների ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական համալիր գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կեղծ փողեր պահելու և իրացնելու դեպք:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից:

Անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների կատարման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ եղբայրներ Գ. Ա-ն և Ղ. Ա-ն,  նրանց ազգական Հ. Ի-ն դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում, իրացնելու նպատակով, ձեռք են բերել և պահել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 5.250.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 201 հատ 50 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամներից բաղկացած 10.050 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այնուհետև նախապես միմյանց միջև կատարելով գործողությունների դերաբաշխում, քողարկված բնույթի հեռախոսազրույցների, ինչպես նաև հանդիպումների միջոցով իրար հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն՝ նշված կեղծ փողերից 181 հատ 50 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամներից բաղկացած 9.050 ԱՄՆ դոլարը 2021 թվականի մայիսի 10-ին Ղ. Ա-ի միջոցով իրացրել են առևտրային բանկերից մեկի բանկոմատում` այն փոխարկելով համարժեք ՀՀ դրամի, իսկ 522.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք՝ 20 հատ 50 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամներից բաղկացած 1.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը 2021 թվականի մայիս  ամսվա ընթացքում Գ. Ա.-ի միջոցով Երևան քաղաքում հանձնել են Լ. Կ-ին, որպիսի գործողություններով խաթարվել է ՀՀ ֆինանսական համակարգի բնականոն գործունեությունը:

Կեղծ փողեր պահելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով Գ. Ա-ն, Ղ. Ա-ն և Հ. Ի-ն բերման են ենթարկվել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտ, որտեղ քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են: Նրանցից երկուսին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ դատարան ներկայացված միջնորդությունները բավարարվել են:

Իրեղեն ապացույց հանդիսացող 181 հատ 50 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամները հայտնաբերվել և ուղարկվել են փորձաքննության, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ դատավարական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև կեղծ փողերի ապօրինի շրջանառության սխեմայում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
