Փոփոխություններ՝ մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի վճարման գործընթացում. ԱՍՀՆ
SOCIETY2021 թ․ հուլիսի 1-ից Երևան, Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներում խնամքի նպաստը ևս կվճարվի բացառապես անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ բանկի կամ ազգային օպերատորի՝ Հայփոստի միջոցով։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից:
Բացառություն կկազմեն հետևյալ խմբերում ընդգրկված շահառուները՝
1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող ծնողը, ում նշանակված խնամքի նպաստը վճարվելու է իր ընտրությամբ՝ անկանխիկ կամ կանխիկ եղանակով.
լիազորագրով խնամքի նպաստ ստացողները, որոնց նպաստը կվճարվի բացառապես կանխիկ եղանակով:
Այսպիսով՝ մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը կանխիկ եղանակով ստացող և բացառությունների խմբում չներառված քաղաքացիները, պետք է՝
կա՛մ մինչև 2021թ․ հունիսի 30-ը դիմեն Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային բաժին՝ ընտրելով անկանխիկ եղանակով խնամքի նպաստը վճարող կազմակերպություն (որևէ բանկ կամ Հայփոստ)։ Ընդ որում, եթե անձը որպես նպաստը վճարող կազմակերպություն ընտրի Հայփոստն, ապա դիմումին կից պետք է ներկայացնի նաև Հայփոստի հետ Էլեկտրոնային փողի հաշվառման հաշվի բացման և համալրման պայմանագիր կնքած լինելու վերաբերյալ հավաստող տեղեկանքը (այն տրամադրվում է Հայփոստի կողմից)։ Բանկ ընտրելու դեպքում, քաղաքացին լրացուցիչ փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա։
կա՛մ մինչև 2021 թվականի հունիսի 21-ը դիմեն բանկ կամ Հայփոստ: Այս դեպքում, հուլիս ամսվա նպաստի վճարման ցուցակները ձևավորելու համար բանկը կամ Հայփոստը նպաստի վճարման եղանակը փոխելու դիմումն իրեն ներկայացրած քաղաքացիների տվյալները կտրամադրի Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությանը։
Եթե խնամքի նպաստը կանխիկ եղանակով ստացող քաղաքացին մինչև 2021թ․ հունիսի 30-ը չդիմի վճարման եղանակը փոխելու համար, ապա Երևան, Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներում հուլիս ամսվա խնամքի նպաստի վճարումը կկատարվի ծրագրային մոդուլի կիրառմամբ, որի արդյունքում ինքնաշխատ եղանակով կընտրվի որևէ վճարող կազմակերպություն։ 3 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում ընտրված կազմակերպության մասին քաղաքացին կտեղեկանա հետադարձ կապի միջոցով՝ բջջային հեռախոսահամարին կամ էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեին հաղորդագրություն ստանալով։
