Դիանա Գասպարյանն առաջին անգամ խոսեց սկանդալային հեռախոսազրույցի մասին
BLOGՈրոշել էի առհասարակ չանդրադառնալ անձնական կյանքի անձեռնմխելիությունը ոտնահարող և ապօրինի ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված ձայնագրությանը, սակայն որոշումս փոխեցի, քանի որ ձայնագրության շուրջ նորանոր լեգենդներ են հյուսվում, և լրագրողները չեն դադարում իմ թիմակիցներին պրովոկացիոն հարցեր տալ դրա վերաբերյալ:
Եվ այսպես, հատվածներով կտրտած և մոնտաժված խոսակցությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ի ուշ երեկոյան, այն բանից հետո, երբ Վարչապետը դիրքերում գտնվող մեր տղաներին կոչ արեց հավաքվել Երևանում: Այդ կոչը միանշանակ չընդունվեց շատերիս կողմից, և դա էր պատճառը, որ նախարար Պապիկյանը հորդորում էր սպասել, ոչինչ չանել, մինչև կպարզվի, թե հայտարարությունն իրականում ինչ էր նշանակում: Հենց հաջորդ օրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ բռնությունը կամ բռնության (առավել ևս՝ զինված) հրահրումը որևէ կերպ չի կարող տեղ ունենալ Կառավարության գործիքակազմում: Թիմում ծավալված առողջ քննարկման արդյունքում բոլոր հարցերը ստացան իրենց պատասխանները: Իրականում անգամ մոնտաժված լինելու պարագայում ձայնագրությունից պարզ երևում է, որ այն կապված է կոնկրետ իրադարձության հետ, որն իր պարզաբանումն է ստանալու առավոտյան: Բացի այդ, ակնհայտ է, որ ձայնագրությունը չի վերաբերում քարոզարշավի փուլին, երբ ԿԸՀ-ում արդեն գրանցված են ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերը, դրանց համամասնական ցուցակների առաջին դեմքերը և պրակտիկորեն պարզապես անհնար է որևէ մեկի, տվյալ դեպքում՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին փոխարինել որևէ այլ քաղաքական գործչով:
Պատահական չեմ համարում, որ ձայնագրությունը հրապարակվել է հենց քարոզարավի ընթացքում. ակնհայտ է, որ դա հետապնդում է հանրությանը մոլորության մեջ գցելու, թիմի ներսում պառակտվածության տպավորություն ստեղծելու, մեր կուսակցության վարկանիշի վերելքի պայմաններում ձեր ուշադրությունը մեր բուն անելիքներից ու նպատակներից շեղելու համար:
Ես հպարտ եմ, որ մի թիմի անդամ եմ, որտեղ կա խոսքի ազատություն, որտեղ կարող է ծավալվել առողջ քննարկում ցանկացած հարցի շուրջ և որտեղ դրա համար ոչ թե պատժում ու հալածում են, այլ ըմբռնումով և գրկախառնությամբ ընդունում: Վերջին օրերին իմ դեմ ծավալված այս կեղտոտ արշավը ոչ թե կոտրելու կամ վհատեցնելու է ինձ, այլ տասնապատկելու է իմ եռանդը կերտելու այն ապագան, որտեղ սուտն ու կեղծիքը տեղ չունեն:
Հունիսի 20-ին ազատագրված էջմիածնեցին փաստելու է, որ մեր երկրում ու քաղաքում #ԱպագաԿա:
