Արթուր Վանեցյանը լավ լուր է հայտնել
POLITICS«Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի վարչապետի թեկնածու Արթուր Վանեցյանը «Երկիր մեդիայի» տաղավարում անդրադարձել է իր ու Չեչնիայի նախագահ Ռամզան Քադիրովի հետ ընկերության պատմությանը։ Նա նաև լավ լուր է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանը շուտով դեպի ՌԴ նոր ճանապարհ կունենա, փոխանցում է «Հրապարակը»:
«Եկեք ես պատմեմ ողջ իրականությունը։ Ինձ մեղադրեցին Չեչնիայի ղեկավարի հետ ընկերություն անելու մեջ, ես համարում եմ, որ Ռամզան Քադիրովը այն մարդն է, որի հետ ընկերությունը պատիվ է: Ինչո՞ւ ես հայտնվեցի Չեչնիայում և սկսեցի ընկերություն անել Քադիրովի հետ։ Դուք գիտեք, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ ունի ընդամենը մեկ ցամաքային ճանապարհ՝ Լարսի կիրճով, որը տարվա 6 ամիսը կամ չի գործում, կամ ծանրաբեռնված է, ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում ես պարզեցի, որ Վրաստանի տարածքով կարելի է ունենալ ևս մեկ ճանապարհ՝ Իտումկալե- Շատիլի ճանապարհը, որը սահմանակից է Չեչնիայի հետ։ Վրաստանի այն ժամանակվա վարչապետ Գեորգի Գախարիան, որի հետ ես ունեմ շատ լավ ընկերական հարաբերություններ, նրա հետ խոսել եմ, ասել եմ, որ այսպիսի ճանապարհ կա՝ Հայաստան-Վրաստան-Չեչնիա, հնարավո՞ր է այդ ճանապարահը կառուցենք և սկսի գործել, ասել է, որ մեր կողմից հնարավոր է, եթե դուք կարողանաք պայմանավորվել Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Ես մեկնել եմ Ռուսաստան, հանդիպել եմ Ռամզան Քադիրովի հետ, ներկայացրել եմ այդ ծրագիրը, վերջինս իր համաձայնությունն է տվել, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել՝ կառուցել այդ ճանապարհը: Այդ ճանապարհը սկսել են կառուցել, մնացել է ընդամենը 2 կիլոմետր տարածք, դա կառուցելուց հետո Հայաստանը կունենա ալտերանտիվ ճանապարհ դեպի ՌԴ, մի ճանապարհ, որը ձյունը չի փակում, որտեղ անցնելու համար խնդիրներ չկան, հիմա դա լա՞վ է, թե՞ վատ»,-ասել է նա:
