SOCIETYՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հանդիպմանը զուգընթաց, որը մեկնարկել է հունիսի 16-ին «La Grange» վիլլայում, հայ և շվեյցարացի քաղաքական գործիչներ, տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ և հայ համայնքի անդամներ հավաքվել են վիլլայի դիմացի հրապարակում և գերտերությունների ղեկավարներից պահանջել գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործում, հորդորել դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի՝ Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ ակնհայտ ագրեսիան:
«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում շվեյցարաբնակ երաժշտական պրոդյուսեր Անի Գասպարյանը, որը մասնակցել է ցույցին, ասաց՝ շվեյցարական կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներն անդրադարձել են Բայդենի՝ «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթն օգտագործելու փաստին և նշել, որ միջազգային հանրությունը սպասում է հետագա գործնական քայլերի:
Ցուցարարները բարձրաձայնել են Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի արհավիրքների մասին՝ նշելով, որ Արցախը մարդկային, տարածքային, ինչպես նաև մշակութային արժեքներ է կորցրել, իսկ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ագրեսիա դրսևորել և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Արցախի ժողովուրդների հանդեպ՝ սպառնալով նրանց անվտանգությանը: Այդ է փաստում մայիսի 12-ից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի՝ տարբեր ուղղություններով Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածք ներթափանցումը:
