«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հավանաբար շատերին է հետաքրքրում հարցը` ի՞նչ են նշանակում Ռուսաստանի դրոշի գույները: Պատասխանն անսպասելի է՝ հիմնականում ոչ մի բան: Ռուսաստանի ազգային դրոշի պատմությունը սկսվել է մի քանի դար առաջ, և իր առաջացման ժամանակ գույներն ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չեն նշանակել: Ռուսաստանը մինչև 17-րդ դարը չի ունեցել իր ազգային դրոշը: Այն հայտնվել է միայն Ալեքսեյ Միխայլովիչի օրոք (16291676), և դրոշի առաջացման պատմությունը ուղղակիորեն կապված է ռուսական նավատորմի ծննդյան հետ: 1668 թվականին ցարի հրահանգով ինժեներ Դեյվիդ Բուտլերը ստեղծել է առաջին ռուսական ռազմանավը, որը անվանվել է «Արծիվ»:

Անմիջապես հարց է ծագել դրոշի վերաբերյալ (ինչպիսին այն պետք է լինի), քանի որ արևմտյան երկրների բոլոր նավերի վրա ազգային դրոշներ են եղել: Ցարը հարցրել է Բուտլերին, թե ինչպիսի դրոշ է իր հայրենիքում: Վարպետը պատասխանել է, որ 1630 թվականից ի վեր Նիդերլանդների դրոշը բաղկացած է հավասար լայնությամբ երեք հորիզոնական շերտերից, որից վերինը կարմիր է, միջինը՝ սպիտակ, իսկ ներքևինը՝ կապույտ: Ալեքսեյ Միխայլովիչը հրամայում է կարել նույն գույների կտորների շերտեր, ապա մտորելով՝ որոշել է Ռուսաստանի դրոշի վրա շերտերն այլ կերպ դասավորել՝ սպիտակը վերևում, ապա կապույտը, իսկ ներքևում՝ կարմիրը: Հետագայում «Մոսկվայի ցարի դրոշը» օգտագործվել է նավերի վրա նաև Պետրոս 1-ինի օրոք (1672 - 1725), որը սկզբից շարունակել է իր հոր սկսած ավանդույթը:

Սակայն 30 տարի անց՝ 1712 թվականին, որոշում է կայացվել բոլոր ռազմանավերի վրա բարձրացնել Անդրեևյան դրոշը, իսկ հին՝ սպիտակ-կապույտ-կարմիր շերտերով դրոշը այդ ժամանակվանից ի վեր բարձրացվել է միայն քաղաքացիական նավերի վրա: Պետրոս Մեծի ժամանակաշրջանում ստեղծել են նաև դրոշի գույների խորհրդանիշները. սպիտակը խորհրդանշել է ազատությունը, կապույտը՝ Սուրբ Կույսը, իսկ կարմիրը՝ Ռուսաստանի հզորությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ, դրոշը պաշտոնապես հաստատված չի եղել: Դա արվել է միայն 19-րդ դարի կեսերին, բայց քննարկումը չի եղել դասական եռագույնի մասին: Ռուսական Կայսրության հերալդիկ պալատի նախագահ բարոն Բեռնհարդ Քենին (1817-1886) առաջարկել է դրոշի համար ընտրել գույներ, որոնք համապատասխանում են Ռուսաստանի զինանշանի հերալդիկ գույներին (դեղին, սև, սպիտակ):

1858 թվականին այդ գաղափարը ստացել է ցար Ալեքսանդր 2-րդի օրհնությունը: Սակայն հասարակությունը հավանություն չի տվել այդ նորարարությանը, քանի որ նոր դրոշը մեծ նմանություն է ունեցել ավստրիական դրոշին: Արդյունքում 1883 թվականին ցար Ալեքսանդր 3-րդի կողմից որպես պետական դրոշ է ընդունվել հին՝ սպիտակ-կապույտ-կարմիր դրոշը, իսկ սև-դեղին-սպիտակ դրոշը դարձել է Ռոմանովների դինաստիայի դրոշը: Բոլշևիկները, իշխանության գալով 1918 թվականին, եռագույն դրոշը փոխարինել են կարմիրով և դրոշի վերին ձախ անկյունում ավելացրել աստղ ու մուրճ-մանգաղ: Ի վերջո, 1991 թվականին ՌԽՖՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի որոշմամբ սպիտակ-կապույտ-կարմիր եռագույն դրոշը կրկին դարձել է Ռուսաստանի պետական դրոշ:
