Ավետիսյանների սպանության գործ. Պերմյակովը սատանիզմի հետեւո՞րդ է (ուղիղ)

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության գործով Գյումրիում ընթացող դատավարության ժամանակ նոր սենսացիոն տվյալներ են ի հայտ եկել:
Տուժողների իրավահաջորդների շահերը պաշտպանող փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը հայտնել է, որ ամբաստանյալ Վալերի Պերմյակովը «Օդնոկլասնիկի» սոցիալական ցանցում միացել է սատանիստների էջին եւ պայմանագիր կնքել սատանայի հետ՝ խոստանալով մի քանի կին ու մի քանի տղամարդ զոհաբերել նրան:
«Մենք վստահ ենք, որ դա մոտիվ է, եւ նա լրացնում է հետաքննության պակասող օղակը»,-ասել է փաստաբանը:
Նրա խոսքով, փաստաբանները միջնորդնել են այդ ուղղությամբ հետաքննություն իրականացնել, սակայն քննիչը մերժել է միջնորդությունը: Փաստանաբը նշել է, որ չի բացառվում, որ հանցագործությունն, առաջին հերթին, կատարվել է շահադիտական նպատակներով, բայց Պերմյակովի սատանիստական հակումները խոսում են նրա ներաշխարհի մասին:
Փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը միացել է իր գործընկերոջ կարծիքին՝ ընդգծելով, որ տրամադրված հանգամանքը բացատրում է երեխաների սպանությունը: «Սատանիստական մտածողությամբ մարդը կարող է սվինով գնալ 6-ամսական երեխայի սպանության՝ հանուն «տիրոջ»,-ասել է նա ու հավելել. «Մեզ համար պարզ է, որ նա սատանիստ է եւ այստեղ ավելացնելու բան չկա: Բայց հարցն այն է, որ ձեւավորվել է խումբ եւ հնարավոր է էլի ինչ-որ բան պարզվի»,-ընդգծել է Լուսինե Սահակյանը:
Ի պատասխան դատախազը նշել է, որ հմապատասխան նյութերին ծանոթ չէ, եւ դատավորի որոշմամբ հարցը կքննարկվի հաջորդ փուլում:
Գյումրիում, ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմակայանի տարածքում, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 12-ին մեկնարկել է Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամին դաժանաբար սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի դատավարությունը: Դատավորն է Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատավոր Հարություն Մովսեսյանը։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանը, որը ծանր վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ յոթ օր անց մահացել էր:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամի սպանության համար մեղադրվում է Գյումրիի 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ժամկետային զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը։ Դեպքի առթիվ Հայաստանում հարուցվել էր քրգործ սպանության հատկանիշներով, իսկ ՌԴ-ում՝ դասալքության:
Ռուսական կողմն օգոստոսի 12-ին Պերմյակովին դատապարտել է ազատազրկման 10 տարի ժամկետով:
