Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ջոնաթան Լաքոտը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում կիսվել է սահմանների վերաբացման և վիզայի տրամադրումը վերսկսելու ընթացակարգի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությամբ։

Հունիսի 9-ից Ֆրանսիայի և օտարերկրյա պետությունների միջև ճանապարհորդների հոսքը կվերաբացվի՝ համաձայն փոփոխված ընթացակարգի, որը կախված է երրորդ երկրի սանիտարական վիճակից և ուղևորների պատվաստումներից: Հիմնվելով սանիտարական ցուցանիշների վրա՝ սահմանվել է երկրների դասակարգում, և ցանկացած մուտք Ֆրանսիա և ցանկացած ելք մեր տարածքից մնում է խստորեն վերահսկվող (տե՛ս Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կայքէջը): Հայաստանը դասակարգվում է նարնջագույն գոտում (վիրուսի ակտիվ շրջանառությունը վերահսկվող համամասնություններով, առանց մտահոգող տարբերակների տարածման):

Հայաստանից Ֆրանսիա ՀՀ քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժը

Վիզայի հնարավոր տրամադրումը չի երաշխավորում տարածք անհապաղ մուտքի հնարավորություն, վերջինս որոշվում է սահմաններին կիրառվող սահմանափակումներով:

1-ին հնարավոր տարբերակ․ եթե դուք պատվաստված եք Դեղերի եվրոպական գործակալության կողմից ճանաչված պատվաստանյութով (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca և Johnson & Johnson), ապա իրավասու եք մեկնել Ֆրանսիա՝ ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող թռիչքից առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ կամ անտիգենի բացասական թեստի թռիչքից առավելագույնը 48 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու դեպքում:

2-րդ հնարավոր տարբերակ․ եթե դուք պատվաստված չեք, դուք իրավասու եք մուտք գործել Ֆրանսիա միայն այն դեպքում, եթե ձեր ուղևորությունը ճանապարհորդելու հիմնավոր պատճառներից մեկի շրջանակներում է:

  • Ֆրանսիա ժամանելու համար, եթե պատվաստված չեք, պետք է նաև՝
  • Լրացնել Միջազգային ճանապարհորդական պարտադիր հայտարարագիրը դեպի մայրցամաքային Ֆրանսիա, որը կարող եք ներբեռնել այստեղ անգլերենով և ֆրանսերենով:.
  • Ներկայացնել ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող թռիչքից առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ կամ անտիգենի բացասական թեստի թռիչքից առավելագույնը 48 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ (Սերտիֆիկատը ներկայացնել անգլերեն կամ ֆրանսերեն):
  • Ֆրանսիա ժամանելուն պես դուք պարտավորվում եք ինքնամեկուսանալ ձեր նախընտրած վայրում յոթ օրվա ժամկետով և լրացնել Հայտարարագիրը:.
  • Ֆրանսիայի տարածք ժամանելուն պես դուք կարող եք նաև ենթարկվել անտիգենի պատահական հետազոտության:

Մուտքի արտոնագրի տրամադրումը վերսկսելու ժամանակացույց

Հիշեցում․ վիզայի հնարավոր տրամադրումը չի երաշխավորում տարածք անհապաղ մուտքի հնարավորություն, վերջինս որոշվում է սահմաններին կիրառվող սահմանափակումներով:

Մուտքի արտոնագրի տրամադրման աստիճանաբար վերսկսումն իրականացվում է հետևյալ ժամանակացույցի համաձայն (ենթակա է փոփոխման)`

  • Չորեքշաբթի, հունիսի 9-ից սկսած՝ երկարաժամկետ վիզայի բոլոր կատեգորիաների տրամադրման վերսկսում (հ.գ. հստակեցվում է, որ երկարաժամկետ վիզան Շենգեն վիզա չէ։ Այն տրվում է դիմողին՝ երկար ժամանակով (> 90 օր) Ֆրանսիայում հաստատվելու համար) ։
  • Երեքշաբթի, հունիսի 15-ից սկսած՝ կարճաժամկետ վիզաների տրամադրման վերսկսում Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացիների ծնողների համար, ովքեր արդեն ունեն ժամկետանց ճանապարհորդական վիզա, և հյուրընկալման հրավերի ներկայացման դեպքում:
  • Կարճաժամկետ վիզայի բոլոր կատեգորիաների տրամադրման վերսկսում – հաստատել ամսաթիվը:

Հիշեցնում ենք, որ վիզաների դիմումները ներկայացվում են միայն առցանց` FRANCE-VISAS կայքում և վիզայի դիմորդների ընդունումն իրականացվում է բացառապես ՀԱՆԴԻՊՈՒՄՆԵՐԻ ՀԱՄԱՊԱՏԱՍԽԱՆ ՀԱՎԵԼՎԱԾԻ միջոցով նախօրոք հանդիպում վերցնելու պարագայում:
