Փաշինյանի այցի ժամանակ շուռնուխցի երկու ընտանիքների 500 հազարական դրամ են փոխանցել. Գյուղապետ

Շուռնուխի գյուղապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանը սուտ է որակում վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի հայտարարությունը, թե իբր իրենց ասել են, որ Շուռնուխից Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած հողերը Ադրբեջանինն են եւ մեկ է՝ մի օր տալու են, դրա համար էլ իրենք այդ հողերը ժամանակին չեն սեփականաշնորհել։

«Մեկ շաբաթ է՝ ինչ համայնքապետարանը չափագրողների է բերել սեփականաշնորհման գործընթացն անելու նպատակով։ Նախկինում պետության կողմից պետք է վճարումները կատարվեին, չափագրողները պետական համակարգի աշխատողներ էին, բայց հետո չափագրում կատարող կառույցները դարձան մասնավոր ընկերություններ, եւ երբ ես գյուղապետ դարձա, կարող եմ ասել, որ այդ ժամանակ ժողովրդի գրպանում ոչ գումար կար, ոչ էլ ցանկանում էին իրենց գրպանից էդ մասնավոր ընկերություններին գումար տային, որ չափագրումներ կատարեին։ Այն ժամանակ 1 հա–ն արժեր 70 000 դրամ, նույնիսկ ես Արցախից էի չափագրող բերել, որ էժան գնով գործ աներ, անգամ իմ գրպանից եմ վճարել, հետո ասացին, որ դրա լիցենզիան Հայաստանում չի անցնելու»,– NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Շուռնուխի գյուղապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանը։ 

Նշենք, որ այս գիշեր, վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այցելել էր Շուռնուխ, որտեղ բնակիչներից մեկը դժգոհել էր, թե իրենց գյուղի հողերը սեփականաշնորհված չեն։ Փաշինյանը ի պատասխան ասել էր, թե շուռնուխցիները հողերը չեն սեփականաշնորհել, որովհետեւ ժամանակին «իրենց ասել են, որ դա Ադրբեջանի տարածքն է, էդտեղի հողերը մի սեփականաշնորհեք, որ մեկ է ՝ հետ ենք տալու։ Էդ ո՞նց եղավ, որ սաղ Հայաստանում հողերը սեփականաշնորհեցին, Շուռնուխում՝ չէ»։

Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը շուռնուխցի մի տղամարդ, որի տունը 44–օրյա պատերազմից հետո անցել էր Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ, ասել էր, թե վերջերս հոգեւորականների կողմից հինգ հարյուր հազարական դրամ է բաժանվել այն ընտանիքներին, որոնց տունն անցել է Ադրբեջանին։  Նրանց թիվը 12–ն է։ Բնակիչը դժգոհել էր, թե միայն 10 ընտանիքի է այդ գումարը տրվել, եւ իր ընտանիքին չի հասել գումար։

Շուռնուխի գյուղապետն ասաց, որ այդ գումարը բաժանվել է Վեհափառի կողմից, բայց ոչ թե 10 ընտանիքի, այլ 9–ի, որոնց մեջ է եղել նաեւ Արցախից տեղահանված մի ընտանիք։

«Վեհափառը Շուռնուխ էր այցելել, նրա կողմից օգնություն է  տրվել տուն կորցրածներին, ովքեր փաստացի գյուղում էին, իսկ ովքեր ժամանակավորապես բացակա են եղել, այդ մարդկանց անունը չի գնացել, որ նրանց էլ գումար տան։ Գումար հատկացվել է 9 ընտանիքի, որից մեկը Արցախից տեղահանված ընտանիք է եղել։ Վեհափառը մտել է նրանց տուն, այդ տան կինն ասել է, որ կցանկանար այդ տունը գներ, այն արժեցել է 1 500 000 մլն դրամ, Վեհափառը անհրաժեշտ գումարը տվել է այդ ընտանիքին։ 3 ընտանիքի  գումար չի հատկացվել, որից մեկը իմ եղբոր՝ Արարատ Աղաբեկյանի ընտանիքն է, որովհետեւ նրանք Գորիսում են եղել։ Կրկնում եմ՝ 3 ընտանիքի գումար չի հասել, որից երկուսին երեկ վարչապետն էստեղ տվել է։ Ասում են՝ ժողովուրդը, ովքեր այդ հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են, ասում են, որ ամեն մի ընտանիքի  500 000 դրամ է տվել»,– պատմեց Շուռնուխի գյուղապետը։

Մենք դիմեցինք վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանին, պարզելու՝ արդյո՞ք վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը շուռնուխցի երկու ընտանիքի գումար է տվել։ Ի պատասխան Գևորգյանն ասաց, թե ինքը նման տեղեկություն չունի և փոխանցեց, որ ինքը կփորձի պարզել այդ տեղեկության իսկությունը, սակայն նրանից այդպես էլ լուրը ճշտել չհաջողվեց. մեր զանգերն անպատասխան մնացին։
