Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդները դատարանում բացահայտումներ են անում Պերմյակովի «սատանիստ» լինելու վերաբերյալ

 Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդները դատարանում պնդում են, որ Գյումրիում 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը «սատանիստ» է:Նրանք ռուսական 102-րդ դատարանում ընթացող դատական առաջին նիստում հայտարարեցին, որ «Օդնոկլասսնիկի» սոցիալական ցանցուÕ ´ 2013թ. «սատանիստների» խումբ է ձևավորվել, և Պերմյակովն անդամակցել է այդ խմբին: Սպանելով ընտանիքի մի քանի անդամներին` Պերմյակովը, փաստաբանների համոզմամբ, իր ««տիրոջն» է «հանձնել» մի քանի տղամարդու և մի քանի կնոջ», որի մասին ավելի վաղ գրություն էր կատարել հիշյալ խմբում:  Փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ դա կարևոր հանգամանք է` հանցագործության դրդապատճառները հասկանալու համար:

Գործը Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում` դատավոր Հարություն Մովսեսյանի վարույթում է: Պերմյակովը դատական նիստերի դահլիճ է բերվել ռուս զինծառայողների ուղեկցությամբ: Նիստը դռնբաց է, մասնակցում են Ավետիսյանների հարազատները: Նիստն սկսվելուց հետո ընդմիջվել է տասը րոպեով, որպեսզի նիստի դահլիճ ուշ ներս մտած Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպանները հասցնեն տեղավորվել: 

Վերսկսվելուց հետո դատավորը ներկայացրել է կողմերի իրավունքներն ու պարտականությունները: Պերմյակովը ներկայացրել է իր անձնական տվյալներն ու նշել, որ ունի թերի միջնակարգ կրթություն: Դատավորի հարցին, թե նախկինում դատված եղել է, ասաց` ոչ, սակայն չկարողացավ հիշել, որ  զենքով դասալքության, զենք, զինամթերք հափշտակելու և ապօրինի կրելու համար ռուսական կայազորային դատարանը այս տարվա օգոստոսի 12-ին նրան դատապարտել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսականփոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող< /i> գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկականկենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանըհատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀքննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին  մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալսպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համաÖ € օգոստոսի 12-ինդատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
