Ամիսներ առաջ երգչուհի Սյուզաննա Մելքոնյանը ճանաչվեց ռուսական «Ну-ка, все вместе!» նախագծի հաղթող, ինչից հետո, ըստ նրա, կյանքը փոխվեց: Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում երգչուհին խոսել է իր նոր երգի, մրցույթի շրջանում մարզումները թողնելու, բայց չգիրանալու և մարզումները վերականգնելու մասին:

Սյուզաննայի խոսքով՝ կյանքը միայն դեպի լավն է փոխվել: «Այնպիսի վազքի մեջ եմ, որ չեմ հասցնում հանգստանալ: Բուռն ու խառը զգացողություններ ունեմ, դեռ ժամանակ է պետք, որ մինչև վերջ կարողանամ «մարսել» այն ամենը, ինչ կատարվեց ինձ հետ: Հիմա առաջարկներ ունեմ, որոնց մասին խոսել չեմ կարող»,- ասաց նա:

Մրցույթի գործընկերներից «Новое Радио»-ի կողմից երգչուհին նվեր երգ ուներ, որի պրեմիերան տեղի ունեցավ նախորդ ամսվա վերջին: ««Стена непонимания» կոչվող երգում պրոդյուսերական անձնակազմը ցանկանում էր շեշտը դնել Սյուզաննայի ավելի նուրբ կողմի վրա, օգտագործել ռուսական ձևաչափը: Եթե այդ երգն ինձ հոգեհարազատ չլիներ, չէի կատարի: Մինչև երգը ձայնագրելը թիմի հետ տեխնիկական տարբեր աշխատանքներ են եղել, իմ կարծիքը հաշվի են առել: Երաժշտական շատ դետալների շուրջ ընդհանուր հայտարարի ենք եկել: Շուտով այդ երգը կներկայացնեմ նոր գործիքավորմամբ»,- նշեց նա:  

Սյուզաննան ժամանակին առողջ ապրելակերպ էր վարում, սնվում հատուկ սննդակարգով և մարզվում: Նախորդ տարի Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում նա ասել էր, որ 3 ամսվա ընթացքում նիհարել է 12 կգ: Նրանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ նիհարելու ընթացքն հիմա ի՞նչ փուլում է։

«Մոտ երկու ամիս Հայաստանում չէի, թռիչքները, անկանոն կենցաղը թույլ չէին տալիս հասցնել մարզումներս, հետևել սպորտային կյանքիս: Վերջերս վերականգնել եմ իմ սպորտային կյանքը, ինչի համար շատ ուրախ եմ: Բնականաբար, դադարի նման կարճատև շրջաններ կարող են լինել։ Հուսամ, որ իմ դեպքում այլևս չեն լինի, ուղղակի իսկապես բարդ էր այդքան թռիչքների, ծանրաբեռնված գրաֆիկի հետ մարզումները համատեղելը: Վերջին երկու շաբաթում վերականգնել եմ թե՛ մարզումները, թե՛ սննդակարգը, բայց ինքնուրույն չեմ անում դա, ունեմ մարզիչ և սննդաբան»,- պատմեց նա:

Երգչուհին ընդգծեց, որ երկու ամսվա ընթացքում անկանոն չի սնվել, ընդհակառակը, մրցույթի շրջանում գրեթե չի սնվել, որովհետև ախորժակ չի ունեցել: «Քաշի ավելացում չունեմ, մրցույթի ընթացքում նույնիսկ ավելի էի նիհարել: Ուղղակի վերջին մեկ ամսում հասկացա, որ ֆիզիկապես, մկանային առումով թուլացել եմ, այդպես շարունակվել չէր կարող։ Մի քանի մարզումից հետո արդեն վերականգնվեցի, հետ եկա իմ նախկին ռիթմին: Առողջ սնունդն ու մարզումներն առաջին հերթին բացասական լիցքերից ազատվելու և դրականով լցվելու միջոց են: Հենց այս հատկանիշներն են ինձ մոտիվացնում, նաև այն, որ իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչ եմ, պետք է գեղեցիկ կազմվածք ունենամ: Նիհարելու նպատակ ունեմ, թե որքան, ժամանակը ցույց կտա: Մաքսիմում 3 ամսից արդյունքը կտեսնեք: Իհարկե, բարդ է ներկայիս ռիթմի հետ այդ ամենը հասցնելը, բայց փորձում եմ»,- եզրափակեց երգչուհին:
