Պահանջում ենք քննչական մարմնից եվ դատախազությունից՝ անհապաղ վերացնել Գորիսի մշակույթի կենտրոնի տնօրենի ձերբակալումը. «Հայաստան» դաշինք
POLITICS«Հայաստան» դաշինքի կենտրոնական շտաբի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Արամ Վարդևանյանի հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում նշվում է․
«Քիչ առաջ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարություն տարածեց և հաստատեց զավեշտի հասնող տեղեկությունը, թե իբր Գորիսի մշակույթի կենտրոնի տնօրենը խոչընդոտել է հեռացող իշխանության հավաքին մասնակցել ցանկացողին: Նախ, կապ ենք հաստատել Գորիսի մեր գործընկերների հետ և պարզել ենք, որ համատարած իրավապահների ճնշումներ, ինչ որ ցուցմունքներ կորզելու օպերացիաներ են իրականացվում:
Հերթական անգամ իրավապահները որպես գործիք են օգտագործվում «Հայաստան» դաշինքի դեմ, ինչը կրկին արդյունք չի տալիս:
Իրավական աբսուրդը նրանում է, որ հենց երեկ զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով հրապարակվեցին բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, նույնիսկ փաստեր հունիսի 17-ի հանրահավաքին մարդկանց հարկադրանքի միջոցով մասնակից դարձնելու, աշխատանքից ազատելու, վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահման վերաբերյալ, ընդհուպ մինչև հոգեբուժական հաստատություններից:
Քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ հայտարարությամբ այդ դեպքերով հանդես չի եկել:
Նման վարքագծի արդյունքում պնդում ենք, որ այս ամենը քաղաքական հետապնդում է՝ պայմանավորված ընդդիմադիր հայացքներով, և պահանջում ենք քննչական մարմնից և դատախազությունից՝ անհապաղ վերացնել Գորիսի մշակույթի կենտրոնի տնօրենի ձերբակալումը:
Պահանջում ենք ընդհանրապես դադարեցնել նման ապօրինի ճնշումները»:
Քննչական կոմիտեից ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2021թ. հունիսի 18-ին Գորիսի համայնքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող մշակույթի կենտրոնի տնօրենը, օգտագործելով աշխատողների՝ իրենից ծառայողական կախվածության մեջ գտնվելու հանգամանքը, աշխատանքից ազատելու սպառնալիքով, առերևույթ խոչընդոտել է նրանցից մեկին մասնակցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հանրահավաքին, միաժամանակ հարկադրել վերջինիս և մյուս աշխատակիցներին մասնակցել «Հայաստան» դաշինքի կողմից կազմակերպած նախընտրական քարոզչությանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ:
