ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը պարզաբանել է ընտրողների իրավունքները

ՀՀ դատախազությունը ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերից, ընտրողներից, ինչպես նաև ընտրություններում ներգրավված մյուս սուբյեկտներից քվեարկության օրը ակնկալում է քաղաքացիական բարձր գիտակցության դրսևորում և իրավահպատակ վարքագիծ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, այս կապակցությամբ Դատախազությունը հարկ է համարում հիշեցնել հետևյալը: 

Յուրաքանչյուր ընտրող քվեարկությանը մասնակցում է միայն մեկ անգամ: 

Մեկից ավելի անգամ կամ այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելն արգելվում է: Դրանց կատարումը ծանր հանցագործություն է և պատժվում է ընդհուպ հինգ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկմամբ, իսկ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից կատարվելու դեպքում նախատեսվում է պատիժ՝ ազատազրկում 4-ից 6 տարի ժամկետով: 

Ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի ընտրողին՝ 

  • հարկադրելու, համոզելու հայտնել քվեարկության արդյունքը,
  • որևէ եղանակով ստուգելու նրա լրացրած քվեաթերթիկը,
  • առանց ընտրական հանձնաժողովի թույլտվության ընտրողի հետ մտնել քվեարկության խցիկ,
  • որևէ այլ կերպ խախտել քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը,
  • հարկադրել ընտրողին քվեախցիկից հանել և իրեն ցույց տալ կամ տրամադրել քվեաթերթիկ՝ վերջինիս կատարած քվեարկության արդյունքներն իմանալու, այդ թվում նաև՝ ընտրողի կողմից որևէ ուժի օգտին քվեարկած չլինելու մեջ համոզվելու համար:

Նման արարքները հանցագործություններ են, որոնք պատժվում են ընդհուպ 5 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկմամբ: 

Արգելվում է նաև՝ 

  • բացառությամբ քվեարկողին օգնող անձի, արդյունքը այլոց համար տեսանելի ձևով քվեարկելը,
  • շահադիտական նպատակով քվեարկության արդյունքը բացահայտող լուսանկար կամ տեսաձայնագրություն հրապարակելը:

Այս  հանցավոր արարքները պատժվում են 100 հազարից 200 հազար դրամի չափով տուգանքով: 

Արգելվում է զենքով ընտրատեղամաս մուտք գործելը: 

Դա հանցավոր արարք է, որի համար նախատեսվում է պատիժ 1-ից 3 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման ձևով:

Զենքով ընտրատեղամաս կարող են մուտք գործել միայն այն անձինք, որոնց համար այդ պահին զենք կրելը ծառայողական անհրաժեշտություն է:
