Գյումրիում սպանված Ավետիսյանների գործով տուժողի իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչները պահանջելու են, որպեսզի դատական նիստերի համար նորմալ պայմաններ ստեղծվեն։ Այս մասին այսօր դեկտեմբերի 18-ին Ավետիսյանների գործով առաջին դատական նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Լուսինե Սահակյանը(ֆոտոռեպորտաժ)։
«Բոլորդ էլ տեսաք, որ պայմաններ ստեղծված չեն, անհնար է դահլիճում աշխատել, այս դահլիճում դատավարական նիստ անցկացնելը մի շարք իրավունքներ է ոտնահարում՝ այդ թվում տուժողի իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ»,-ասաց Լուսինե Սահակյանը։
Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ իրենք ակնկալում էին, որ դատարանը ցույց կտա, որ անկախ դատարան է եւ ռուսական կողմից ոչ մի կաշկանդվածություն չունի, սակայն եղավ հակառակը։
Լուսինե Սահակյանը նշեց նաեւ, որ նորմալ պայմանների դեպում իրենք ընդունելի կհամարեին նիստերն արտագնա անցկացնելը։
«Այս պայմաններում կարծում ենք, որ ռուսական կողմն է կարծես հրահանգավորողը եւ պայմաններ ստեղծողը, մեզ համար սա անընդունելի է։ Եւ եթե հայկական դատարանը նույնիսկ չի կարողանում ռուսական կողմին պարտադրել, որպեսզի նորմալ դահլիճ տրամադրվի, ուրեմն հայկական կողմը կաշկանդված է եւ այս գործի ելքը տալուց ունի կաշկանդվածություն եւ չի կարող նորմալ դատական ակտ կայացնել»,-ասաց Լուսինե Սահակյանը։
Գյումրիում, ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմակայանի տարածքում, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 12-ին մեկնարկել է Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամին դաժանաբար սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի դատավարությունը: Դատավորն է Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատավոր Հարություն Մովսեսյանը։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանը, որը ծանր վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ յոթ օր անց մահացել էր:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամի սպանության համար մեղադրվում է Գյումրիի 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ժամկետային զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը։ Դեպքի առթիվ Հայաստանում հարուցվել էր քրգործ սպանության հատկանիշներով, իսկ ՌԴ-ում՝ դասալքության:
Ռուսական կողմն օգոստոսի 12-ին Պերմյակովին դատապարտել է ազատազրկման 10 տարի ժամկետով:
