Ռուսաստանում սկսվել է կորոնավիրուսի դեմ մաստակի տեսքով պատվաստանյութի մշակումը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՊաշտպանության նախարարության Կենտրոնական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտը (ԿԳՀԻ) սկսել է COVID-19 կորոնավիրուսի դեմ մաստակի տեսքով դեղամիջոցի մշակումը: Նախկինում նույն ինստիտուտը Գամալեյի կենտրոնի հետ միասին մասնակցել է «Սպուտնիկ V»-ի մշակմանը, գրում է РБК-ն:
Նոր պատվաստանյութի մշակումը հեռանկարային է, բայց դեռ պարզ չէ, թե ինչն է օգտագործվելու որպես կրիչ՝ վիրուսի մասնիկը թե արհեստական հակագենը: Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի սիբիրյան մասնաճյուղի հիմնարար եւ հեռարձակվող բժշկության կենտրոնի առաջատար գիտաշխատող, վիրուսաբանության պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսանդր Չեպուրնովը կարծում է, որ ինչպիսին էլ լինի վերջնական արդյունքը, պատվաստանյութ ստեղծելու մոտեցումը ճիշտ է:
«Անհրաժեշտ են փորձեր, որոնք կենդանիների վրա ցույց կտան` արդյոք այդպիսի դեղամիջոցը արդյունավետ է, թե ոչ: Եւ կա՞ արդյոք որեւէ թունավորություն: Մենք գործնականում չունենք հաստատություններ, որոնցում հնարավոր կլինի ամբողջությամբ հետազոտություն իրականացնել ինչպես կենդանի վիրուսի, այնպես էլ վարակված կենդանիների կամ պատվաստված կենդանիների, մասնավորապես՝ դրանց վարակվածության հետ կապված»,- ասում է պրոֆեսորը:
Փորձարկումներից հետո դեղը կներառվի քովիդի բուժման եւ կանխարգելման տարբեր սխեմաներում: Լորձաթաղանթի պատվաստանյութը տարբերվում է սովորական ներարկվող պատվաստանյութից նրանով, որ այն ներարկվում է կաթիլների, սփրեյի կամ աէրոզոլի, ինչպես նաեւ ներդրման միջոցով, այսինքն՝ ներքին օրգանի խոռոչի մեջ լցնելով:
