Պակիստանը ոչ մի դեպքում ռազմական բազաներ չի տրամադրի ԱՄՆ ԿՀՎ-ին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՊակիստանը կտրականապես բացառում է ԱՄՆ ԿՀՎ-ին իր տարածքում ռազմական բազաներ տրամադրելու հնարավորությունը` «Ալ Քաիդա» ահաբեկչական ցանցի, «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման եւ «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժման դեմ միջսահմանային հակաահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Պակիստանի վարչապետ Իմրան Խանը, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Պատասխանելով ԱՄՆ-ին հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունների համար բազաներ տրամադրելու հնարավորության մասին հարցին՝ նա ընդգծել է. «Ոչ մի դեպքում»: «Մենք ոչ մի դեպքում չենք պատրաստվում [ԿՀՎ-ին] որեւէ բազա տրամադրել, [թույլատրել] որեւէ գործողություն պակիստանյան տարածքից դեպի Աֆղանստան: Ոչ մի դեպքում»,- ասել է Խանը:
Անցյալ շաբաթ The New York Times թերթը հաղորդել էր, որ, ի կատարումն ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հրամանների, Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զորքերի հապճեպ դուրսբերումը այս երկրում երկար տարիներ ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալած ԿՀՎ-ին դնում է անհապաղ հենակետ որոնելու անհրաժեշտության առջեւ՝ այնտեղ իրավիճակը վերահսկելու եւ հակաահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար: Տարբերակների ընտրությունը, նշում է թերթը, չափազանց փոքր է եւ սահմանափակվում է հիմնականում Պակիստանով:
Իսլամաբադի հետ բանակցությունները բարդ են, քանի որ ԿՀՎ-ի ժամանակը շատ սահմանափակ է՝ զինվորականները ձգտում են հեռանալ Աֆղանստանից մինչեւ հուլիսի կեսերը, իսկ Պակիստանի իշխանությունները երկար ժամանակ հովանավորում էին «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժմանը եւ ներկայիս պայմաններում «Ալ-Քաիդա»-ի հետ սերտ կապեր ունեցող թալիբների հավակնությունները զսպելու գործում չեն շտապում հանդես գալ որպես ամերիկացիների դաշնակիցներ:
Ինչպես նշում է Axios-ը, Խանը վաղուց դեմ է Պակիստան-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի հակաահաբեկչական համագործակցությանը: Ըստ պորտալի՝ ամերիկացի պաշտոնյաները դեռ հույս ունեն, որ կկարողանան զինված ուժերի ու պակիստանյան հետախուզության հետ գաղտնի համաձայնություն ձեռք բերել բազաների օգտագործման շուրջ:
